Great support and hands down the most professional installation teams out there. If you are having a cage installed in your warehouse ask for Charlie because his install team will ensure you cage is perfection. Will call Char from Projects Department on our next cage build out! I know WH1 but really didn't know all they have to offer. Needed new shelving for our new showroom so I contacted the owner Mary Lou who put me in touch with Rocky the Showroom Manager. It you need any kind of shelving they have shelving. If you like Customer Service they have SERVICE. WH1 has the greatest people working for them. From taking the order to loading it into my truck I was so impressed I had to write a glowing review.
There are still companies out there who care about their customers and WH1 is one of them.report this review -

I was looking for a good deal on some powered conveyor to assist my packing and shipping crew. The ROI was tight and buying new equipment for our size was out of the question. I have been completely satisfied in the past with purchases of racking and wire deck and when I contacted them to see if they had found anything in my budget for this project on conveyor, they had the perfect fit. They were very accommodating and made sure that I had all the components I needed and that everything was working when my installers left. This was a unique situation because they had no prior experience with this particular conveyor type, so they had no problems with me choosing my own installer that handled this conveyor. Normally in a situation like this, you would feel at risk of support, however, Warehouse 1 put me at ease and took some of the risk out of the project by providing us and the installer with access to any replacement components we needed and insured we could get the job done successfully and within budget.

Great place to save money and find some good stuff! All the warehouse staff were courteous and got me exactly what I needed.

I had never purchased pallet rack before, and didn't need that many pieces but their prices were competitive and it was ready to pick up on time, securely packaged. Although I bought used racking, the quality was very good. There is a bargain competitor in town but after dealing with both, Warehouse1was the easy choice.
