  3 out of 3 boxes are huge successes. Tried Whitefish from a guy's recommendation awhile ago. Delicious. Today we bought 2 boxes of smoked salmon. Incredible! Not too salty very flavorful and moist. Worth going out of your way for this treat.

  My wife and I were in Ludington celebrating our wedding anniversary, and I bought a whole smoked Lake Trout for $20. The best part, besides it being AWESOME, was the ingredient list: "Salt, Lake Trout". That was it, 2 ingredients! Support Local Businesses, Buy Local!

  I love the smoked fish these folks make. This has become a regular stop for us. We usually grab a box and it lasts a couple weeks for snacking on.
