My sisters and I went in to look at new vehicles and we had the absolute best experience! We were helped by Mr. Eddy Elsayed, and he was so helpful. We were unsure which vehicle we wanted and he talked us through multiple vehicles, showed us each vehicle we were interested in, offered a test drive, and gave us comparisons between the vehicles until we decided which ones we wanted. We walked out with three cars, and could not be happier! It was a quick, easy, and exciting event. Thank you, Eddy!

Dina Backer and the Walters family made our car Leasing experience easy and pleasurable. They treated us very well right from the start and made us feel very comfortable with the process. They did all they could to get us the car we wanted at a great price and made the experience smooth and easy.

Art Miranda was so helpful and amazing throughout my whole car buying experience at Walter’s. Before I came in to the dealership we discussed what car I wanted, the most important features, and my payment expectations. When I finally came in to meet with Art, he had my vehicle options ready for me to view. I was literally out of the dealership in less than 2 hours (that’s including the test drive time). There was no “haggling” and I walked away wondering how the dealership makes money because I got an awesome deal.
Walter’s has the best service and deals, hands down! Art is an awesome sales rep and represents the company well.response / report this review -

Excellent customer service!
I was able to get a great deal at my new cla250. Eddy was able to beat the price of Costco and other dealers. Transaction was smooth and car was ready when I get there. Very courteous and professional. Walter auto gives complementary car wash that’s a plus if you are local. After 2 weeks I was back for free car wash and they did interior vacuum too. 👍 niceresponse / report this review -

Peter Tecson was the person who greeted me with a smile. He offered to show me around to take a look at different models of the Mercedes. He also took me on a test drive and seemed very knowledgeable about the cars he was showing me. We left without buying at that time but we knew we were coming back very soon to purchase. At the end of our conversation with Peter he told us he would be going on vacation within a couple weeks but that anyone at the dealership could help us. When I left I told my fiance that no other sales person was going to get my business and that we had to come back before he left. Well , we came back 7 days later and I asked for Peter and he sold me my first Mercedes. Thank you Peter. Now I'm riding in style

If you stop at Walters in riverside ask for Gene Russell. I was indecisive in the car I wanted considering I have never driven a Mercedes before. Gene was thoughtful enough to walk me through the inventory and educate me on each car and there differences. He was honest enough to let me know what would be the best car my safety needs and what to stay away from. Within 45 min of looking and test driving the inventory I was sold! He guided my husband and I back to his office where we finished paperwork and reviewed prices. He's not your every day salesman who just sees each person as a paycheck. He's polite and will answer any questions you have with no rush. Do yourself a favor and see Gene Russell!

I'm writing to let everyone know about the wonderful experience I had shopping at Walter's Mercedes-Benz Sprinter in Riverside! On my first call I spoke to Hope Goodman who gave me some ideas on pricing, and then she referred me to Gordon Lai, the Sprinter Specialist. When I arrived I was introduced to the whole team and Gordon made me feel very comfortable and at home in their showroom. I took a test drive, but I was still undecided as to which size I should get and with what features. Gordon never pressured me or tried to push me into "what's on the lot". I took home all the info he gave me and looked it over. I emailed Gordon a very long list of questions and he answered all of them promptly. Gordon found the exact van I needed and worked up a special discount price that blew me away! After that, he even arranged to have the van delivered to my home in Encinitas, which is quite a drive from their showroom. I have never purchased a commercial van before and I can tell you this was the easiest and most pressure free transaction I have ever done on a car (or van) ever! I'm telling all my friends to see Gordon at Walter's in Riverside! And thanks to everyone there!
P.S. Unfortunately I took too long in sharing this to social media, however the upside to that is I can continue to praise Gordon and his colleagues! I had a few issues in getting commercial insurance but Gordon, Easy (the manager) and Tony Hajj all helped me to expedite a time sensitive issue.

Our experience at Walter's Automotive was great. Good service from the staff. Andy, Frank, Bob Murray really helped us get the car we wanted at a really good price. They were really friendly and the service was fast. Thanks again to BOB MURRAY for making everything easy for us to buy a car with no pressure and helped us right away to test drive the vehicle we wanted. I recently took my car in because it had a gas leak. I met with Austin Schneider who explained the diagnostic process and proceeded to get me a loaner car which I am extremely grateful for due to the fact I do not live in Riverside and I commute to work. They repaired my car in a couple of days and I have been driving it through the weekend and have noticed no more gas smell or leaks and my car seems a little more peppy. Thank you Austin and the entire Walter's team! You guys are always very courteous and professional, and get the job done in a timely manner. I really appreciate all your hard work. I highly recommend this dealership.

I went into Walters on my lunch break expecting to take a look at a few vehicles and see what my options were. Instead I walked out with a brand new vehicle that was everything I wanted. Everybody was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was extremely nervous because this was my first time getting a car without my parents being present and needless to say Rashad and Bryan made the process as seamless as possible. They made sure I was comfortable and were extremely thorough in explaining every detail I needed to know. Exceptional customer service from the time of greeting and the time of leaving to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend Walter's!

Christian Garcia was absolutely the best! He approached me and my family as we parked into the lot and looked at a few models. He was super accommodating, did the extra effort to make us feel comfortable, and made us feel very welcome. I am pleased beyond words with the service I received at Walter's. Mike Meand the rest of the team went out of their way to explain everything, answer questions, and make us feel comfortable. I felt so good from our first meeting that I only wanted to do business with Mike M. As a Director of a 243 bed health care facility, I am well aware of a sincere salesman and was never disappointed. I encourage all to look at Walter's when looking for great customer service and value. In fact we were so pleased we are thinking of purchasing a second vehicle from Mike M.

Wow! What a really GREAT experience. Dealing with Bob Murray was the best experience I have ever had with purchasing/leasing vehicles. I spoke to Bob on the phone and the car I was interested in was no longer available. The very next day I received a video from Bob with a new delivery that fit my budget and requests perfectly. Since my current car had literally died and I was car-less, Bob never pressured me on getting to his location to check his inventory. He worked out all the details with me and went well beyond to make sure this deal was going to be good for me. I was purchasing probably one of the least expensive used cars on their lot and yet I felt as if I was buying the top end car. By the time I was able to get to the dealership 3 days later, Bob had all the necessary paperwork ready to go. Then off to the finance manager I went. Ari in finance was also exceptional on making me feel as if I was making a huge purchase and not the least expensive used smart car on the lot. I cannot express how wonderful they made me feel and I will be returning in the future to purchase or lease my future cars here. Thank you guys for making such a difficult time for me such an easy memorable experience ever!!!! I tell all my friends the ONLY place to go.
