  Will never shop at this location or probably any Walmart again thanks to how I was treated here. Was not permitted to return a brand new in box item that was gifted to me because it was more than $25. This was a very large box, not something that one could just walk out with, without notice. Apparently the store manager has arbitrarily made this decision because this is the highest shrink store in the district. I have never been turned away like this and will never return for the rude way i was treated. Pathetic customer service. And Derrick, an Assistant Manager was ZERO help, as well as customer service. I was basically treated as though I had stolen the item and of course, "my hands are tied, there's just nothing we can do.....". Goodbye Walmart.

  If it weren't for the lower prices...
  Customer service is really poor except for the pharmacy. Other than that you're pretty much on your own at Walmart.

  I have two small children and needed fabric cut. We waited for 20 min, no one came. I left a note indicating what amounts needed to be cut and that I would be back to pick it up. We did all of our shopping (an hours worth) came back, the fabric hadn't beem touched. I waited 20 more minutes. I then called the store and they promised to send someone. We saw 4 employees walk by...none of which would help. Entertaining a 4 and a 2 year old while waiting is not an easy task. I left the counter for one minute to find someone else and when I came back the fabric had been put away! I am pissed at the way I was treated and the way literally no one was willing to help. Unacceptable!

  Nice super store. But They need more people with more experience at the department they work in. Its sad when you can't get the help you need. Without all kinds of hassle.

  Horrible service. I had read reviews saying how bad it was but I just needed a flat tire repair. Employees at service desk don't even acknowledge you are there. The entire time I was there the employees were complaining about their job and how they were understaffed, etc. Would not recommend. I'll find somewhere else next time. *The guys in the garage did fine and were polite in my limited interaction with them. Review is about the employees at the desk.

  People were friendly. I'm just so tired of being ripped off. I bought an autumn door hanger because it was priced on sale for $2.98. When I got home I checked my receipt and was charged $5.98. I was putting items on the checkout and didn't notice that I was being overcharged. This happens quite often. Not happy.

  It is what it is. Not the lowest prices but not the highest. Employees seem over worked or tired of always having to go to the team member one step above them. It seems to me the higher the team member the better the service maybe the training begins after tgey have been there a little while. disclaimer: not a negative comment.

  Big a little crowded with items. Hard to get there big carts through iles, forget a double stroller it's not fitting.. I'm not sure how a wheelchair is supposed to move around here but... That's how they make money having items on there shelf... Overall not as bad as some retail stores iv been in I still recommend this location to people it's fine to get your things you need. Just know its a little tight in some well most of the GM side of the store.. I say again I Do still shop here and recommend this location..

  This Wal-Mart stays fairly busy. It is well stocked. I never have an issue finding what I need. Some of the staff is friendly but I have had experience with a couple workers that didn't want to help you at all. It's hard to get assistance in sporting goods especially at night. The toy area is messy most of the time. It's close to home and convenient for us. Food is fresh in grocery and we shop here several times a month.
