This is not my closest Walmart but I go to this one because it is honestly the best 1 great people awesome service and I always have someone around to ask for help to find anything. It may be 1 of the busiest walmarts but it's definitely 1 of the best

It's a suburban Walmart. There really isn't anything to say - big, brightly lit, fairly clean, huge selection. Though, owing to its location, it's slightly less "people of Walmart" than more redneck-y locations.

This Walmart is far better then the rest I’ve been too. The Worcester one on Tobias Way never has anything in stock, can’t figure out your pickup orders, employees are as rude as can be and if you try to speak to a manager you either get ignored completely or they’re even more disrespectful than the employees. When I walked into this one I immediately noticed how clean and organized everything was. It was a quick in and out but the guy at customer service was amazing. He was alone and busy but kept a very positive attitude and was extremely nice to me. I wish I had gotten his name because I’d definitely be giving him the credit. I will be going to this one now instead of the Worcester one.

A big store with a nice food section. There's a nice variety of pet food, yarn/sewing needs and toys along with everything you'd expect them to carry. There's a Subway right inside the store in case shopping makes you hungry. The parking lot is big with handicap parking close to the building.

It's Walmart, so you go in with a certain set of expectations. Sometimes I'm pleasantly surprised that I can go in, get what I need and get out quickly. Other times, I feel like it's completely under-staffed (even though the staff that are there are great!) and I'm there for way longer than you need to be for simple items. The stock on the shelves has gotten better over that last few months...but there was definitely a time when things were extremely bare. Not sure if management changed, but things have seemed better recently!

They don't take the customer into consideration for anything. Layaway is supposed to help people with stuff not be about making more money off high end stuff

In my opinion Walmart is getting worse. They offer layaway for the holidays but you are limited to what can be placed on layaway. Basically it is toys and electronics. Nothing under $10 and the minimum layaway has to be over $50. No clothing. They wonder why children nowadays are spoiled and entitled. You can put video games, tablets, televisions and toys on layaway but not cloths, books, educational items, arts and crafts item or pretty much anything that helps build imagination or originality. They would rather have a generation of entitled kids. Maybe Wal-Mart should stop being all about the profits and start caring more about what is important, the customers.

Curtis in the electronics section was phenomenal! Although our issue could not be solved in store, he sat on the phone for over an hour to help us! You can always count on Curtis to make you smile when you're having a rough day!

Its another Wally's. They got everything from home decor to rugged outdoor survival kits.
Good location as is the case with every wally world Ive ever seen.
Giant parking lot, easy access, blahb blah blah. You know, Walmart?!

It's a Wal-Mart, they expanded it a few years ago but it is smaller than typical. It is still big enough that if you go here to get a couple items it is a commitment of time and energy. Great for large shopping ventures, prices are great and quality is resonable...

I never have an issue at Walmart. I expect to wait sometimes at the checkout. I still to this day find the turnstile bagging areas extremely inefficient for large grocery orders and long lines. It really slows cashier productivity and can be exhaustive when having to pull the bags off the rack then go back to loading the belt while either alone or managing a small child. After gathering my groceries, the last thing I want to do is manage your checkout line. I still have to load the car, drive home and unload it, then put it away. That's a total about three hours+ and I hustle. So essentially, today I paid you $300 to bust my ass for three hours.

Inregards to customer service I would like to point out employees Alec and Mandy. Who were patient with my order and extremely helpful in getting copies of receipts for my job. So for saving mine I congratulate you guys on the great detailed job well done.

Pretty nice store. Different layout than my local Wally, but it left some of the isles wider & more comfortable to navigate. Some produce was unstocked/out, but I opened a bulk bag (of baker potato's) and rang out by weight without issue. Clean, self-checkout, food we bought was as expected. I'd shop here again when we're in the area.

I was happy that they had the toy I was looking for, and they price matched the website HOWEVER DO NOT PURCHASE GAMING CARDS HERE! I bought an Xbox live card which did not activate when purchased. My account was charged for the card even though it never activated. I have to wait up to five days for the refund. This is a bit messed up. If it doesn't activate them the charge should never occur.

Well, it's Walmart. Go here knowing what you want and what to expect and you won't be disappointed. I will say that it is much better than most Walmart's I've been to!

Of all the Walmart's I go to this one always seems to have the best product and it's the easiest to fund things here. Their deli is great!

I dare you to try and place an order with their bakery over the phone... It's like they don't want my money. I shop there all the time-- and when I went in to order a birthday cake a couple months ago in person-- it took 20 mins to get someone to help me AT THE BAKERY COUNTER... even when I asked for assistance from another department.. I'm currently on the phone now... transferred to the bakery 3 times... as my call keeps bouncing out elsewhere... time ticker at 14:36 and counting... Wish I knew where else to get my son a Blaze&Monster Machines cake nearby-- wtf. I clearly have plenty of time to write this long review. I'll give two stars for the store-- because the rest of the place isn't too bad. Customer service needs improvement-- management needs to give an -S-, and the phones DEFINITELY need dedicated people answering and assisting. This isn't the first time I've tried to get info over the phone before I went down, and its like diving into a pool filled with concrete...

We went to Walmart on a Sunday night to grab cold cuts for lunch. Richard the delivery attendant was more than able to help us out. He recommended a sharp American which was delicious. All and all he gave us a wow experience at Walmart. Thank you Richard!
