I wish they offered more of a variety of organic veggies. They are the ONLY grocery store in Richland Center
The walmart in richland center , wi
is one of the cleanest, well organized and with ample product on the shelves
Got groceries. In and out. NICE!
It's a very nice supercenter. As it's the only store in town it would appear variety is expanding. I worked there several years back & people are still kind. The only downfall is that since it's the only store in town shelves are sometimes empty. Noticed in the frozen area tonight. Other than that, it's a nice Wal-Mart.
I like Wal-Mart simply because of the convenience of one stop shopping and being able to purchase virtually everything you want in one store.
Customer service is below average. Checkout speed is poor at best. Understaffed and poorly managed.
I had the worst Walmart experience ever in my life at the Richland Center Walmart in Wisconsin. First the store is pretty messy and has a lot going on. You can never find an employee to help you when you need it, and when you do find them they're always standing around doing nothing giving you attitude like you're bothering them. Every time I've gone there they only have the cigarette aisle open and one other aisle. The cashiers need to be trained better on checking people out and procedures. And I haven't really met an employee there that's actually friendly. They don't greet you in the checkout line or tell you to have a good day come back again, nothing like that. When I went there on Thursday, it took the cashier over an hour just to check me out!!! I'm not even exaggerating either. I had my three youngest children with me. 2 of which were hungry and poopy. So they were screaming and crying non stop. After we finally got everything rang up the right way and got the CSM over there for the third time, I ended up just walking out. Not getting anything. My three our trip to Walmart was a complete waste of time and absolutely for nothing!! I have never felt more disrespected and pissed off at a store in my life!! I even called and spoke with the general manager when I left.
He didn't offer to fix the problem in any way!! He could have offered me a gift card or asked me to come back to fix the situation. No all he told me was that he would talk to her ( meaning the CSM and cashier that I dealt with). And that was it! I ended up more frustrated after that phone call then I was before I made it!!
This place has long lines the claw machines are hacked and the bikes are junk and the workers are wack and they don't have toasters you can pre-heat the goldfish food killed my pet fish and the glasses frames are wack
SO DONT SHOP HERE!!!!!!
It was good. I got what I needed and there was very little wait time to check out
This Wal Mart was a very nice store. Had lots of clothes. Not use to seeing that in the Wal Mart in Prairie. Staff seemed very friendly there. Everyone would say hi when they saw you asking if you needed help with anything. Never get that much help in our hometown Wal Mart. Anytime I am in that area I will be stopping in there to doing my shopping. THUMBS UP!
No checkout lanes open. You can use self checkout while employees watch to make sure you don't steal. All Wal-Mart's have adopted this policy
It's Wal Mart, what can you say about a chain store? Clean store, huge actually. Nice people.
Hate the self checkouts, Everytime we go to one we have to have the checkout person come over and override something. I guess it's better to go to the cashier checkouts save the time of waiting.
Its Walmart. Decent. clean. What you would expect
Some workers really willing to help you but some are not willing to help. If u decide not to buy something and put it in the wrong spot it can stay in that spot for a week.
Not a fan. Basics here.
Poor selection of products, fair prices
Store is clean and staff is very helpful.
Cleaner than most around the area. Very helpful staff
Got donuts there. Very fresh and cheap. Got a dozen for under $5
