    It's a Walmart. I do like the self checkout. That's a plus.

This store is Mello compared to the ones on Colfax, and Wadsworth! Plus it is a nice drive up the mountains. I recommend it for a nice shopping experience

Usually love this location, but last Thursday we had to return some items. The Customer Service desk was open, but no one was there. Three of us in line and had already pushed the button to call someone, about 5 minutes passed so the customer in line behind us went to a register to ask for someone to help us. The checker did call and a make CSM walked by and looked at us and kept walking. Another few minutes passed and the call button reset itself so we pushed it again. Then I went to the self checkout and asked the checker if she could help. She got on the intercom and called for help. A few minutes later a CSM walked up and said ‘everybody calm down’ and went behind the counter. I asked her if she was talking to us (the customers) and she said something to the effect that the other employees were too anxious. I told her if they were it’s because these customers had been waiting for quite a while to be helped. She didn’t acknowledge my comment. Then, up walked the male CSM that passed by earlier and started to help. I’ve been to many, many Walmart stores and this has to be the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had-especially by a CSM. Overall transaction took about a minute, wait time was about 15 minutes and we were first in line. One customer gave up and left.

It's a Walmart. Clean and bright and full of Walmart customers. Plenty of Walmart products and bargains. If you're in the area and need some Walmart, this is your place. Probably not worth travelling to, though. Just go to a closer Walmart. Unless that one is dirty and nasty or has exceptionally clueless customers. In that case, make the trip up (or down) The Hill and visit this one.

This is possibly the nicest Walmart I have ever been to. The people are all very helpful and the sporting goods selection is the Best I have ever seen in a Walmart.

The staff here always endeavor to help you as best as I can. There's no sense of the typical apathy of Walmart employees.

It is most definitely worth the drive up the hill.

They have a lot of stuff but it took over 4 hours to get an oil change... Auto Center only had two employees both half-ass working... I could have changed the oil in the parking lot 15 to 20 times faster.

Every other wall Mart I've been too will at least check and scan the UPC to let there customers know (if the shelf is empty) how many they are supposed to have in stock ,when the new shipment was ordered and when it should arrive as well as how many they did order then they generally ask if you would like them to hold said item or items for your purchase and pick up ... But the evergreen wall Mart is something else intierly when it comes to custermer service they act like it's a hastle to do anything for you period. And what's even worse is it seems like every time I go there they never have in stock a thing I go there for so I always end up with there crappy custermer service poor attitude and one heck of a headache... who ever orders for there departments better step up to the task at hand and that is every body that orders for each individual departments ...for real I'd rather take the drive to Denver or Lakewood cuz I end up having to go there anyway due to evergreens lack of ability or even willingness to do there job !!! c'mon guys show up for more than just your paycheck

Twice now I had all my merchandise ready to check out. Only 2 registers open with lines and no express. I don't like self checkout but went there to check out .first time the system was down, left all my stuff. Today went to check out and it told me to get a sales associate. no one around, again I left all my Items. I think I'll start shopping online at amazon. I think if you want us to use the self checkout we should get a discount for working for you!!

It's a Walmart, what can you say. It is a reasonably clean Walmart by comparison to others I've been in. Partly because it is in the nice community of Evergreen. Because of its location it gets an interesting mix of clientele ranging mountain folk to affluent folks and even tourists because it is near Interstate 70. No complaints about this Walmart except the customer service desk closes at 9 PM so forget about any late night returns. This next one is a personal pet peeve; the deodorizer they use for the restrooms is overpowering enough to smell by the check out lanes nearby. Kind of nauseating. I hope the management reads this and finds a better product.

The layout of this store is very user friendly. The shelves were nicely stocked and i was able to find every item i needed. The CSM who checked us out was extremely friendly and you could tell she enjoyed her job. She was just recently promoted to customer service manager. The reason i didnt give a five star rating is I asked three different associates where a particular item was and two of them walked me to the aisle and made sure i didnt need anything else. The third associate didn't stop her conversation with a fellow employee to acknowledge my presents. After waiting a bit, i asked my question her reply was, 'oh were outta that" and pointing in a general area where i might be able to find the product. As i went into the department i was "pointed" to, there was a extremely helpful gentleman there to greet me and was able to take me right to the product i was seeking. Come to find out the product was in fact in stock. Overall a great experience.

You might as well have no staff. Called for pricing of film development. The woman in the photo dept. barely understands English (although she was friendly). When I called to let the manager know, the manager didn't pick up and then the call was disconnected. A joke!

This time I went everyone was nice and professional
But the last time I was there it was a tall young man with long blonde hair that man was rude, nasty personality, and clueless on guest service. He was outside getting the carts I asked him for help and was basically cussed out. When I tried to tell a manager none was available...

This is the flat-out slowest not get any help on the phone Walmart I've ever been in and I've lived here since they built it very slow help and rarely can you get someone on the phone in the department you need. But on the other hand the automotive department with the tires and oil changes does a great job

Pleasant and knowledge. Much different from prior experiences. She actually liked kids and did a great job.
