You can usually get a good bargain here. The one thing you have to get used to is self serve check out. If you choose to use a traditional cashier expect a fairly long wait.
Customer service staff is the best. The dude with the cross necklace is always super helpful.

The new “convenient in store pickup kiosk” is NOT! In theory it’s supposed to save customers time and you won’t have to walk clear to the back of the store to pickup your order. I’ve sat & waited 15 minutes to pick up my order. Stop changing things that have worked fine for years because you failed miserably with this.
Worst.Customer.Service.EVER in the Check Cashing nook. They would not cash my son's payroll check drawn off US BANK from his multi-million dollar company because it was made out to "Max" instead of "Maxwell", which is on his driver's license. It makes me mad especially because they cashed his previous checks from the same company. My son was leaving on vacation the next day (a Sunday), and had thought he could just cash his check on Saturday night, a reasonable expectation, one might think. He is not one to complain about such things himself but since I was there to witness this stupidity myself, I felt like I had to comment. By the way, I've been in customer service for over 30 years and the lady in the check cashing unit was snarky and RUDE.

Apparently, Walmart has decided no-one needs a jacket, coat, windbreaker, etc. during the spring or summer months, because they don't have ANY in stock during that time. A W-M associate told me they "don't stock outerwear in the spring or summer". Thanks Wal-'smart'!! -Review from April 2018
Wait for customer service 20 minutes. Wait to check out in the "speedy check out line" for at least 20 minutes.. just don't be in a hurry when you goi here.
I appreciate that in the sport's wear section, they play the one game our football team has won on loop! It really gives it that Lawrence feel.
I went to the self checkout with my ONE item. I scanned my item and then the machine tells me that it does not accept cash payments so then I needed assistance to cancel the transaction. I waited a solid 10 minutes without anyone coming to void the item out. I then get cut in front of by another customer trying to get to a self checkout to that accepts cash. There were no signs posting that certain machines aren't accepting cash. I finally walked to a regular checkout line and waited for a customer with a full cart to finish her transaction just so I could pay for my ONE item. No convenience about that place AT ALL.
Great prices, however it is hit and miss as to whether or not I'll have issues price matching. It seems as though the policy changes each time I go in there, as opposed to the corporate policy. Some cashiers act as though it's an inconvenience.
The employees were so nice when we couldn't find something we were looking for; a few of them stopped what they were working on to go to the back and find it for us. They were really friendly and made our trip there worth it. Thanks!
They could do a lot better with handicapped people. Some clerks are very helpful. Some are very rude to me. They give me a nasty time about taking their motorized cart out of store to my handicapped parking. I hope this helps.
The cashier was slow and didn't listen scanning two items for checkout instead of one, didn't bag our cereal so we bagged it ourselves, then a CSM rudely made a comment and closed the metal door(we were in the cigarette checkout) and walked away. We wouldn't have accidentally bumped that open if your cashier would have bagged all our stuff. 😤
Our trip was fine until we got stopped at the door to check our receipt to the cart like common shoplifters. The guy said they were monitoring the cashier to make sure they rang up the stuff on the bottom of the cart. I was NOT happy about it.
Good customer services. Management team makes sense. Willing to correct mistakes. Mutual respect achieved at the end.
Quick service clean bathrooms friendly associates. Was asked by 3 associates if I needed help after already being helped. Great job Wally World team
