  My father had bought my daughter some things I did not like so I wanted to get store credit since I did not have a receipt.. I was accused of theft. That anybody could have gotten a walmart bag in there and went to the back to the infant isle to put stuff in the bag. I had told the manager she could check the cameras, that I went into that store with my items. Nobody was even at the front to check in my items. I called corporate of course, I could not believe the situation. I was very embarrassed and upset.

  It's a superwal_mart with helpful staff. Plenty of parking. A nice garden center and automotive. This store has it's own pharmacy and eye glass store as well as beauty shop and a McDonald's for a quick burger on your way out.

  Better customer service than the smaller HEB here. I love how much parking there is. The year I've been here the service has only gotten better. My only problem is that this walmart doesn't seem to have as much clothing to offer as other Wal-Mart's that I've been to. Especially for women.

  Putting everything I wanted in my basket...no problem...checking out was a total different story. The girl was almost too busy on her phone to ring up my items filling the belt, she stopped at least twice to just be on her phone. She dropped my FOOD on the floor because she wasn't building it up to fall and cussed in front of my child (regardless of my language). Its like now you choose to talk, great. Luckily I called and spoke to the manager who I believe fixed the problem. So that was the positive part.

  Friendly staff. Good people. Was there almost all night waiting on my ride and they were understanding and helpful. The store is open 24hrs. Which is always convenient. They get crowded but also staff all the register's needed to accommodate a rush.

  You dont really expect to get the best customer service, but in this particular visit there was something very odd afoot. There were only two lanes open and about 30-40 shoppers waiting. The worst part being that we could see other employees help with the teardown of 6 checkout stations and multiple intercom calls about sending someone to open more lanes. I waited in line and then mysteriously my lane closed down as well. A routine 20 minute trip turned into 2 hours.

  Doesn't have as much to choose from as other super centers and the ladies restroom near customer service is horrible. One stall that's been out of order for weeks now. The other 2 I went in were filthy and one with no toilet paper or holder! Disgusting. Walmart can do better than this if they'd only try!

  Asked for a bike to be assembled. Called. The next week and nothing was done. Was told they were working on it and call in an hour. I called for updates for the next 7days. Still no one did anything. Manager promised he has someone on it and it will be done that day. I came into the store two days later today, they finally assembled it. But it's the wrong bike. Got my refund and there's no good bike in the front so I left.

  Open more registers! It's ridiculous having all of those registers and only opening 3 or so. Also, the 3 open are on the end where the doors are closed at night. Most of the employees I've encountered were friendly enough, but no one seems to really care if the aisles are a mess. The parking lot makes me nervous after seeing a few things go down before at night, would be nice if it was lit better at the very least.

  Store look good. But No one else smile but the preson at the entrance. Every one else looked sad. Managers must lead in this area.

  It's a Wal-Mart. I will say it's cleaner with friendlier employees than most Walmarts I've had to go to.

  It's just like any other Walmart, always busy with 5 checkout lines open. I've never understood having so many checkout lines but only opening 5 or less, especially during busy times. However, I had a cashier (I believe her name is Rebekah, she had multi colored hair, an older woman) who was the most friendly cashier I've ever experienced in any Walmart. I always look for her line if I am not using self checkout. She deserves recognition for being extremely friendly.

  One particular employee in the garden center extremely helpful. Was looking for a kiddie pool....staff actually walked me to the areas to see if they had any more....good experience and friendly customer service this visit. (Shorter, older lady....she's awesome!)

  I live in San Marcos so when I need a oil change for my car I go to my local Walmart however the staff are so unprofessional. They are unhelpful and o e staff chews gum while helping you. The auto care center manager, including the service manger are so unfriendly. They don't acknowledge you and clearly don't understand that the paying customer is the reason for their job. Every single time I have gone you have to wait for them to arrive and prepare for the day so they do not start to checking you in till 15 min after 7am( which this is the time they open). This is every single time.
