  Horrible store and staff, site to store horrible experience. I will continue to do business with Amazon. I gave them a chance and been waiting almost 30 mins for a associate to come to the counter to assist. Informs employees still no help. Also only no one's know how to operate site to store. After 30mins store manager assisted. Still a customer should not go through this. And delivery wad delayed before the storm.

  I like this place because it has tons of stuff I would need.
  Games, kitchen supply's, toys, oh and did I mention games? Great place to buy stuff.

  This location is a small one by comparison to others that I have been shopping. I have come here to get home and food items for my college kid attending school nearby. The store has many of the needed items for the kids to fill refrigerators and dorm room shelves with required junk food. We were able to get hardware items, linens, storage options, chairs, table, and other household items she needed.

  We do all of our shopping here at the Chicopee Walmart because it has about everything. Grocery section is as large as an independent market, the pharmacy is well stocked and there are always multiple pharmacist on duty at all times. Auto department has everything and mote then local independent stores, and of course everything that Walmart is famous for. My only negative comment is that the staff needs more training. Over half the staff are Hispanic and sometimes elderly English only guests can not get help to find things they need.

  I have to say that this Walmart is one of my favorite ones. I have only ever had one bad experience here and the store manager corrected it on the spot. The staff are very helpful and friendly (which you don't always see when you go to Walmart).

  Never happy to go to Wal-Mart. Staff was inattentive, Wal-Mart in general isn't great.

  Very nicely organized store. Subway inside on left. Friendly people in Subway and Walmart too! No sales tax in N.H.

  A Saturday afternoon visit, which is normally always busy. Two cashiers long lines. You would think the store manager would jump in and help until things quiet down. But no they just stand there and tell you which line is shortest. Are they too good to help out? This happens often. At times there's up to three of them just doing nothing. Only thing that sucks about this store.

  Of all the big box stores, Walmart is my least favorite. This one is no exception. Yes, it has lot's of stuff and some of the prices are really low, but there's a dreary Soviet Union atmosphere.
