General knowledge of the vehicle I was looking for was great. In my few times visiting the dealership I was always greeted and assisted immediately. At times, some peoples actions toward me felt contrived but that is nothing new from a dealership. When I presented facts from online research I was spoken to with sarcastic tone in phrases such as "They don't even sell cars" and "I'd like to see who sold them a car for that cheap." I get that they have to make money, but it's frustrating. I didn't invent the ridiculous system of car buying and negotiating. Finally, when I rejected their offer that was $400 above the price I decided I would pay a salesman spoke to me with an aggressive, short, rude tone and said "Alright, I'll tell my manager that you're not interested and you can be on your way." I think this was his way of trying to put pressure on me to settle which other dealers had done. The tactics that most salespeople employ generally annoy me and this wasn't an exception. It wasn't what was said, but how it was said that left an impression with me. The manager came over and my salesman went on to help another customer without saying another word to me. There was no follow-up call or e-mail. I wasn't asking for something unreasonable. Even if I was, there is no need to be rude, they could simply tell me that it isn't reasonable for them to sell the car at that price right now. I am probably mostly frustrated with the experience of negotiating and buying a new car in general, not with this one specific dealer other than a few unnecessary hard lines that were taken.

Worst and most frustrating experience. Went in June of 2017 to look into pricing of a Toyota Tundra. We already own a Toyota that we are still making payments on. Since the truck was a business necessity we were willing to trade in our current car for a used or cheaper new Toyota to make the Tundra more affordable for us. We gave our salesman and finance person our budgetary restrictions and they said they would do some research and get back to us. We got a call a few days later saying everything was worked out and to come in, when we came in we were shown a new car, the salesman assuring us that it fit into our budget because of the incentives that come with buying new. Sat in the dealership for 4 hours, asked for what the numbers came out to multiple times, but was never told until we sat down with finance and the new quoted rate was nearly $500/month over our original budget. We were honestly surprised when we got the call it all worked out. Wasted 2 days and hours there for absolutely nothing. To make matters worse, I got a credit monitoring alert saying that Waldorf Toyota put through TWELVE hard inquiries throughout the whole process!! Now I have to work with the credit bureau to have these removed. On top of all of this I emailed the general manager Floyd Alexander to express how disappointed I was in the whole process, he said he would look into it and get back to me and now 5 months later, still no response. On the upside the staff is very nice, but I would think twice about purchasing a vehicle from here. I didn't even buy one and am still dealing with the aftermath of just getting pricing from them.

Unfortunately I cannot write good things about Waldorf Toyota. While my salesperson, Travis, was great Marcus in the finance department too, when it came down to the home stretch, Dustin, in my opinion, tried to price gouge me with a set of rims which in turn was a total turn off and caused me to walk away from the deal. Marcus tried to save me as a client but there was no miscommunication: Dustin tried to overcharge me for a set of rims. Period. There are literally dozens of Toyota dealerships in the DMV area - I won't be doing business with this one. Buyer beware!

I recently purchased my 2017 Toyota Corolla from this dealership. I had the opportunity to work with Bob Bowman as my salesman. In 2015 I bought a Ford Mustang from him and the entire process was smooth and easy. I came in, he asked me what I wanted and he came through with the perfect match. During my recent visit, Bob worked with me to find a car within my budget that had all the features I requested. Both of my siblings have bought cars from this dealership and my sister worked directly with Bob. Bob has great character and integrity. If you want great quality service and an awesome car, I would highly recommend this dealership and ask for Bob.

Financing took forever and they expected you to be there all day and night. We ended up leaving when it seemed that we weren't gonna get approved. Luckily we went to eat somewhere close because we were starving, they ended up calling us with an approval. The paperwork went fast. It took about a month for everything to be finalized which was exhausting because there were missing ID copies and stuff that wasn't sent to the financing company and since we did a trade in from a different state they weren't really knowledgeable and kept calling us to do things for them. We're about 2 and 1/2 months out and I'm glad it's finally all over with. On a bright side we love our car, our all weather Floor mats, and the staff was friendly. If it wasn't for the staff I honestly would have gave a much lower rating. Brand new 2017 Toyota Corolla!!

By far the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. The entire team at Waldorf Toyota impressed me every step of the way. Everyone from the internet sales team, general manager, and everyone on the sales floor was extremely professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with from my first inquiry to months after I had driven the car off the lot. I have never had a positive new car buying experience and Waldorf Toyota completely flipped the script! They will be the only dealership I recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car Thanks again to everyone at Waldorf Toyota.

I was very disappointed with the Service Department. I took my car in for service a little more than a week ago and I have had nothing but a series of terrible experiences. My appointment was at 9:00 am Wednesday morning and I wasn't notified about what needed to be repaired until 5:00 p.m.. On Thursday, I gave the Service Department permission to make the repairs and was told my car would be ready Saturday morning. On Saturday at 12:00 p.m., I was told my car wasn't ready but it would be by the end of the day. I received a call from the Service Department ten minutes prior to closing to let me know my car was ready. On Monday, I went to pick up my car around 9:00 a.m,. Once I paid a large sum of money, I got in my car and realized the lights that were on when I brought it in for service were still on. Not only are the lights still on but now I have a part in the backseat of my car that they forgot to put back on. Now, they have my money and my car is still not fixed. The Service Department took the car back that day and made the apparent repairs by close of business Monday. I decided to pick the car up after the 4th of July holiday. On Wednesday since the parts for my recalls were now in stock, I authorized the Service Department to make the necessary repairs. I picked my car up on Thursday but now there was water on the passenger side of the car.. Nine days later, I truly hope that my car is finally fixed. This has been a horrific experience and the Service Department is usually decent.

This is by far the best auto dealership in the Washington, D.C Metro area. I have purchased 8 cars over the last 20 years, and I have never had such a pleasant auto purchase experience as I did at this dealership. The customer service was beyond exemplary. The dealership responded to my inquiry and negotiated a price that I was comfortable with over the phone, to take it one step further they gave me top dollar for my trade-in. I spoke to Frank on the phone for the negotiations, and I could tell from talking with him that this dealer knew what customer service was all about. I was so impressed by our conversation that I left another dealer right before signing the papers on a car at their dealer and took the hour long drive to Waldorf Toyota. If you are looking for the best Toyota dealer that will treat you right and give you the best deal then look no further than Waldorf Toyota. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used Toyota. They are not just about getting customers in and out, they actually car about their customers and take the time to ensure the customers are happy with their purchase and the price. The finance team will make every effort to get you the best financing or lease rating possible. The General Sales Manager even followed up with me the following day to ensure I was satisfied with their dealership and the car buying experience. They are well worth the time and the drive to their dealer so you drive off with the most pleasant experience. I have to give it to them they know customer service, and live up to it fully. Five stars to Frank and Marcus and the Josh and Eric in Finance.

This review is strictly for the Toyota Collision/Body Center. I was compelled to bring my vehicle here due to a lady hitting my parked car. There were only two authorized repair centers in Waldorf that her insurance company, State Farm would allow, so I chose Toyota.

It truly breaks my heart to give a 2 star review when the customer service at the front desk is amazing and my car was repaired like new or better. However this review is dedicated to Joe Davis, the State Farm Adjustor/Rep that works for Toyota.

I turned my car in to get repaired on Tuesday, August 30th. The left quarter panel needed cosmetic repairing/painting. Joe Davis called me the next day, Wednesday, August 31st as a follow-up to let me know my car should be ready the following week on Wednesday, September 7th.

On the said day, September 7th, I called Joe Davis around 9:30am to check on the status of my vehicle and to see if it was ready for pick up. Since Joe Davis wasn't at his desk I left him a message on his voicemail. Hours passed and I still haven't heard from Joe Davis. I called again around the 2pm timeframe and this time he answered. He explained that my car was nearing the completion phase and it would either be ready by the end of the day or the very next morning. But here's where I have an issue. Joe Davis clearly stated, "I will call you before the end of the day to let you know when your car will be ready, either this afternoon or tomorrow morning."

I am an individual that relates character with honoring one's word, no matter how minute or minimal. Joe Davis did not call me back. Giving him more benefit of the doubt I waited until 11am the next day to see if he'd call me. Nothing. I understand situations arise and people can get busy, so I decided to make Joe Davis' job easier and just show up at the center to talk to him in person---since it was obviously too much for him to call me.

Once I arrived there were no emergencies or busy atmosphere, so much so that Joe Davis was at lunch, Hahaha. I spoke to another gentleman and I wish, wish WISH I had his name because he was really helpful. All I know is that his office is the first one on the right. (Now he deserves 5 stars). He went out of his way to grab my paperwork off Joe Davis' desk and inform me that, "Yes, my car was ready." He looked sheepish, as if my vehicle had been ready for awhile. He apologized and worked quickly to get me in and out.

I definitely had high hopes and was actually looking forward to writing a more positive review, but unfortunately that was hindered by minor actions, or lack thereof, of one person.

This review is for the Maintenance Department, Had a Tuesday appointment for a tire replacement and front wheel bearing for my Toyota Corolla. Was scheduled to drop off Monday night but was not able to do it. Instead I dropped it off Tuesday morning at 9:00 am. I asked the person assigned to me how many hours of wait time and she told me I can wait for 3 hours. I decided to wait instead, then went to Walmart to kill time. Came back before 12:00 and she told me that they are now replacing the 2 front tires. Was really disappointed because i was expecting to be finished. I've waited and waited and waited until 4:30. Went around and found out that my car is already finished and parked in the parking lot. I stood near the office of the lady who was assigned to me and still doesn't have a clue if my car is already finished. So, when another lady came to me and asked me if I am being attended to, and I told her I've been here since 9:00 and its almost 5:00 pm. WHAT A LOUSY SERVICE! PROMISED TO BE FINISHED IN 3 HOURS TOOK ME UNTIL 5:00 PM to WAIT.

You don't have to call me and explain what happened. I've waisted my precious time just to wait the whole day to change the bearing and wheels of my car. My question now to you is DID YOU SELL A DEFECTIVE CAR TO ME? Just bought the car to your Used Car Department for my daughter 5 months ago and she is just using the Toyota Corolla to her school (CSM - Southern MD to our house here in Waldorf).Would it take 5 months for my daughter's car front wheel bearings to become defective and will cause the vibration at high speed? Probably not, maybe because the front bearing is already defective when we bought it. My only regret is that i did not test drive at high speed and trusted your dealership to be honest knowing that I bought 2 new cars from this dealership 3 years ago.REALLY FRUSTRATING, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this dealership to my friends.
