The office staff and policies are not befitting of an organization that claims to value mental health. They require a card on file and cancel all upcoming appointments if they have any problems, even if you had to replace your card due to theft. On more than one occasion they sent me an email with a deadline to update my payment method but still cancelled all my appointments. They are also not military family friendly and will not bill Tricare.

Cannot recommend Wake Counseling & Mediation enough! Allison is a fantastic therapist and I highly recommend her to anyone, but especially those wanting to work on their relationship with food!

I have heard nothing but positive reports about how caring & attentive therapists are with this practice. I highly recommend Ms. Lehal as a therapist. I've seen her over the years for different reason from marriage to parenting to personal situations. She is very professional, and her office space is inviting and comfortable. Ms. Lehal offers great insight, very supportive & challenging when I was repeating some unhelpful patterns in my life.
