  When we first called to get info on pricing for grooming, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was hoping that that would be a good sign. It definitely was! We took our 14yr old dog Ruca in to be groomed. Being older, it can be difficult. Stephanie did the best that we've seen! We also took our puppy Whiskey for the self serve dog wash. Very pleased with the entire place. We'll be bringing Riggins in next! Thanks!

  Great place. The groomers are excellent!And you can get any petfood that you need. If they don't have it they will order it for you. Really good place.

  Terrible service. Told me one price over the phone because I only needed specific things done to my dog and then charged me full price when all said and done. They went back on what they said to me when I first made the appointment. I was charged $54 on a 5lbs dog & all I wanted done was the head and tail which I said specifically over the phone and was in her notes that she read back to me. She didn't care what I had to say as she kept telling me what her policies are and that they don't cut only the head and tail.....but it was in your notes!!! Rude service and they weren't willing to cut any of the price down. I got ripped off and their scam worked on me so please DO NOT COME HERE unless you like to be lied to and treated horribly

  Has a reasonable, easy to use walk in self serve pet wash, great store, professional groomers too.

  Dog looked great when we picked him up. He had the Full service with the FURminitor and it worked great. He looked so much thinner and no fur flying all over. Will definitely bring him back. thanks

  I will never go back to Wags to Whiskers again. When they called me to inform me my dog was ready for pick up I asked her very nicely if it would be ok that I will be a little late since I did not have my car at that time. Her response was "NO, it’s not ok!" I explained how sorry I was and that I was in a bind due to not having my car. She starting sighing and making all kinds of annoyed noises all because I was going to be late. Then she proceeded to tell me "Now we have to take him outside."
  
  With that type of attitude to your customer do you really care about dogs? you were that angry because I was going to be late?! Who knows if my dog was abused while you had to take him out. Who knows maybe my poor Morkie was kicked, chocked, or pulled. Don't worry, I did not take out my anger on your employees. I made sure to tip the groomer as this will be the last time I ever come to your place of business.
