  I just placed a pick up order from this establishment. It was the second time I had ordered. The first time I ordered, which was about a year ago, everything went well. This time I was disappointed. They ask you if you want pink in your burger. The first time I checked pink and I received a burger that was pink. This time I checked pink and I received a burger that was cooked very well done. If they’re going to ask you if you want pink, the cook should be able to figure that out. Also, the first time I ordered, I received sauce for my fries. This time I received nothing. I went back online and apparently you need to order the sauce. It would be helpful if there was a message that said you need to order the sauce
  separately.

  I am normally not big on wings but I definitely prefer Wingers to BWW. Everything was fresh and well done. The chicken wrap was really good. The garlic parmesean fries are a definite MUST

  Our server Riley made it a great night, he was fast and friendly and brought us exactly what we needed, taking really good care of us. We'll definitely come back with service like this!

  Fun, quick dinner tonight at Winger’s on State Street in Murray. Server was great and efficient. Food was super hot and fresh. Place was clean and inviting. Haven’t been to a Winger’s in years, so this brought back fun memories! It was 4:00 pm on a Friday afternoon, so there were only 2 other tables besides ours. Sweet happy hour specials Monday through Friday, too!

  I loved Janelle! She was the cutest server and so thoughtful!!!
  We took some friends from Brazil there today and it was a great experience. The food was great and Janelle even tried to learn Portuguese to communicate with them.

  Service was epic! Food presentation was well above par. Loved the "New " restaurant over the the older style. Roomy, clean, modern. Overall a great time.

  It was my first time at this restaurant. I wanted take out order and wasn't sure about the sauces; the server, Michael was really great, he got me a sample of the sauce I wanted to try along with some popcorn. I didn't have to wait long to get my order. This is what service is all about. I tried the atomic Buffalo wings and garlic fries. Both were really tasty.

  The wings we got for our kids were good but my boneless were soggy and our waiter never once tried to clear our table. I had to stack and clean most of the table just to be able to put the leftover wings in a box. I made my husband drive to this wingers because last time I went the food was way better than any others I had been too.. I was highly disapointed not only in my food but the service.. it was the worst we've ever had at any wingers

  Delicious burgers & salads. LOVE the Drunken Pig burger & onion rings! Server was mediocre, did not refill drinks timely, nor was she friendly. Food gets 5 stars. Server gets 2 stars. Cleanliness & newly remodeled building get 5 stars.

  Food is good, I love their wings here. Service sucks though. They take forever to seat you, their hostess is never up front, even if you order to go. Once your seated they take forever to bring you your food, waiter seems be way too busy to take care of their customers. Although I like this location better then the downtown one. I got my food but they gave me the wrong sauce, my partner ordered a salad and they took forever to bring the dressing that it was supposed to come with. The service needs to be alot better.

  Cute place, nice bar. Servers are nice. I ordered Blackened Mahi. Tasteless, I got and add on of famous Amazing Sauce chicken fingers. The fingers were cooked perfect. The Amazing sauce was loaded with corn syrup. OK taste. No customers at 8:15 PM. I'd pass on this place unless you like tasteless fried food drowned in sugary cornsyrup sauce. Kind of over priced as well.

  I've been coming to Winger's since I was three. It's very family friendly. I remember I went to a location that is closed now and they did some great things. Every waiter/waitress was so kind and they did everything they could to make it the best experience possible. On Fridays they did crazy hair nights and spray painted our hair out back if we asked. During Christmas time, they had a Santa come and take pictures, hand out bells, and make the experience even better! Their wings are the best in town. I will continue coming back to any location I can until the day I die! It's so fun!

  My family and I had a horrible experience. It took us an hour just to be seated and then another 30 min to have our order taken and then another hour to have our food brought out. We asked to talk to the manager and he wouldn't even come out of his office. I am very disappointed in the service.

  Twice in a row visiting this place, my food came out cold. Servers are nice, food prep is terrible. I'll go out of my way to go to a different Wingers than this location.
