If Vons ever added self-checkouts, all would be right in the world. I hate going to Ralphs, but I can get in and out in a pinch. All I know is that everytime I wind up in this Vons, the lines are out of control for some reason. Usually I just need a handful of items when I drop in too, so it's a bit discouraging that I seem to always get stuck in some sort of super market limbo whenever I walk in this place.

Nice staff and competitive prices.

Tend to have expired food on shelf. Dairy often at or past expired. Wouldn't return moldy tamales without recipe one time. However, staff is friendly.

Large selection and good pharmacy hours. Using a CVS card for discounts recommended. Pharmacy line can be long at prime times.

The checkout lines were all busy with no sense of urgency and the shelves weren't stocked very well.

This has been my go-to store for over fifteen years. It's one of the nicer Vons stores you'll every be in. The downside... it's a bit on the pricy side for Vons, but what do you expect for the area?

The best deli sandwiches I have had since New York. If you are tired of those other sandwich places try the deli in here. I put the pesto sauce they offer on everything. Fresh bread and fresh ingredients. Much fresher than Subway.
