  Vons used to take pride in their baked goods. They used real whipped cream instead of the waxy non-dairy substance in cakes. Cakes now are beautifully decorated but taste like twinkies. So if you are going to be two different brands, Vons and Albertsons under one umbrella, then make an effort to differentiate. Samsclub and Walmart can do it. Then why can't you? I dislike Vons right now, because it us just another Albertsons.

  Very clean, organized, great staff, higher quality foods like fresh baked breads bagels doughnuts, so much better than other places, best hot foods in the area, like rotisserie chicken and fried tenders, great quality especially compared to other competitors. A major plus is easy parking with a quiet organized store, not a zoo like other places.

  I used to enjoy shopping at this store, but not anymore. I don t know what happened when Vons was purchased by a large corporation, but it's s been down hill since then. Yesterday, I went for senior discount day. I was talking to the cashier about how I wait until discount day to try new products. She didn't t give me the discount. I'm sitting there talking about it and she forgets?!! It wasn't worth it to go back. Last discount day they didn't put all my items in my cart and I had to go back.
  I m done. I'm looking for a new grocery store. Maybe I'LL find one that doesn't make you spend 30 to 45 mins weekly loading coupons onto your store card. Maybe I ll find one that doesn't have a store card at all. Maybe there is a store that doesn't push the job of inventory onto the consumer. How did we, the ones giving them money, end up doing so much of their jobs? They blackmail us with discounts for personal information. They use that info for advertising, and spend no money collecting it. We do it all for them.

  I didn't have any trouble getting a influenza shot. Shelves were well stocked and all sales items were on the shelf.

  I went in to pay my utilities bill and the customer service agent bounced from station helping other guest instead of finishing up with the task at hand. I felt under valued and unnoticed. I will never shop at this store again.

  Waited longer than necessary to check out. Cashier was quite chatty with each customer. When I got home with my purchase, I discovered that I had a bag salad that should have been packed with the lady ahead of me in line.

  Friendly employees that are willing to help in any way that they can. The bread is fresh and a decent selection in produce. It's clean, including the restroom. The store is in a convenient location across from Target and right off the freeway.

  They are the best. Thr pharmacy with Stan and Nicole are tens snd so accommodating. They keep the Drs straight on meds. The whole store staff are great and the store is always clean and plenty of checkouts. Please Vons don't change a thing or staff

  Be warned that this store has improperly installed VeriFone card system without the correct chip readers. NO Credit Cards will work and the employees are quite unaware and unconcerned with all customers having to only use Debit cards. Expired canned items found constantly. Pay close attention.
