This is an exceedingly reliable and professional business. Not only did they fix the problem we knew about, but, after a routine inspection, they found our water heater was "on borrowed time" - they were so right! They replaced it, and kept us going without a disaster.
Their prices are reasonable. They let us know what they were doing at frequent intervals. Finally, they cleaned up the work area beautifully when finished.

Great experience over and over again. He is always here fast, shows me exactly where the problem is, doesn’t upsell like every other company, and just an overall nice guy who loves putting out only the best work. I recommended him to all my friends and family and they have said the same. The most recent problem I’ve hired him for is a leaky sink and he was in and out in less than an hour while explaining exactly what went wrong and how I could prevent it in the future and it only cost 200$ compared to other companies where it would’ve been 500$ easily.

So my shower head wasn't working a couple days ago. A friend referred me to Von's plumbing and heating and I just love everything about them. A man named Michael came to fix my shower head and this guy is the real deal. Very professional, passionate about what he does, and is very respectful and honest. He always comes prepared, it seems as if he has every tool in his van. I used him this one time and I will continue to use him moving forward

Nice, professional, and very transparent. My heat went out in the winter and they were fast to respond, showed me exactly what went wrong and how much it would be to fix and got it done within a few days. Could not ask for better service and have been using them ever since.

My water heater went out during winter and they came the next day gave me multiple solutions I could use and were super transparent and went into detail with what was wrong. I decided to get new water heater and they installed a water heater for a decent price, used them ever since.
