I'm an Attorney who contacted this firm with family estate issue. I gave them the basic information about the issue and they called me back later in the day. The woman from the firm said they had a few more questions and I told her I was happy to answer them. When I answered her very first question, "No, definitely not", she actually said to me that she could really "do without the attitude". I was stunned, I would never treat a potential client that way, especially since I was only politely answering her question.
I'm pretty sure she isn't an attorney herself, but her rudeness was so over the top I had to tell her that I appreciated the call back, but I could tell we weren't a "fit" and I was no longer interested in their "help".response / report this review -
