  Lee was OUTSTANDING! Professional and personable. He performed a home inspection on the lake house we are buying. He was very thorough and a wealth of knowledge!!! We would HIGHLY recommend him!!

  Lee was a few minutes late for our appointment. He called me in advance to tell me he was running a little late. I really appreciated that courtesy. Once the inspection began I didn't feel rushed at all. I felt like he would've spent the rest of the day with me looking at the property and answering my questions. When he left, he told me that if I had any reason at all to contact him, he would welcome it. Even if it was a year from now. Who offers that level of service anymore ?

  It was excellent to spend time with Lee during my inspection. He is incredibly knowledgeable and I feel much more prepared to be a responsible homeowner after carefully assessing and discussing every aspect of the home during our 2+ hour inspection. He takes great pride in his work and leaves no stone unturned. He is also a lot of fun and I enjoyed the conversation. Thank you Lee!!

  Lee was great to work with! Not only did he do a thorough job but explained everything in detail. This is my first time buying a home and he made the process easy and enjoyable. Lee educated me on upkeep on my new condo and things to look out for. I highly recommend him!

  Lee does great work. I am a REALTOR® and recommend Vital to my clients. Lee is bale to explain items found during an inspection in a way that is clear and concise, but does not explain things in a way that puts unneeded worry into a buyer's mind. In a very fast paced market Vital has been able to get inspections scheduled and executed very quickly. I will continue to let me clients know about Vital as their work is exceptional!
