Management is by far the best part of living here. They understand what people want when living in a city, and are constantly trying to improve. Sure the construction can get annoying, but we all enjoy the end results. If you are looking to throw parties at your apartment I strongly recommend you look to live elsewhere. The coffee machine could be refilled more frequently with K-cups

Maintenance can be spotty and delayed for work orders requested.

Nice apartments. We checked a 2 bedroom apartment but finally decided not to rent because it's little too far to walk to USC.

I loved this complex! I've lived here three years, and the office staff and maintenance crew are wonderful. Anything that needed to be fixed was fixed within 24 hours, and the staff even came to let me in after hours when I locked myself out once (which they don't technically have to do).

The apartments themselves have lots of natural light, and the location is great. This is definitely a complex that you pick for the staff and the location more so than the amenities, but to me, great staff and great location are worth a dozen pools and extras.

There is a train next to the complex, but I honestly hardly ever even noticed it. Expect your power bills to average on the high side (~$150/mo for a 2-bedroom unit). Rent also has been escalating dramatically over the last few years - still, I'd argue it's by far the best apartment complex in town in this price range.

Great staff led by a very professional manager. The location is very convenient. I would definitely recommend living here.
