This is a great team and a well-organized office. Doctor was thoughtful and open minded about medical treatment. I did some of my own research before my physical so I had questions and ideas about my medical health and the doc answer all my questions. My health is improved now.

My husband and I have been patients of VA Medical Alliance for over 20 years. I must say I have never had a doctor as devoted as Dr. Nancy Fleurancois. She is beyond amazing. Her bedside manner is extraordinary. She cares deeply about her patients' health. She takes her time and is very thorough. She makes me feel as if I'm apart of her family. I used to hate going to the doctor. Now I look forward to my visits.

I've seen Sarah Johns and Dr. Sharma. Both were professional and personable. My wait to see the doctor or PC was very short. I've always had a very good experience.

I had to wait over an hour to be seen. When I asked the nurse she said there was some kind of emergency yet I called that morning to see if anyone was available to see me. Unprofessional and ridiculous. I was sweating, very faitigued and very frustrated. I finally got up and left. I've gone to this place before and had a pleasant experience but this was just terrible. Outside I could hear the nurses and doctors so I found it strange that a doctor couldn't pop in for two minutes to see me. Never go here.
