  Today this snapping turtle was strolling across Matsonford Road and in danger of being hit by a car, so Dr. Gallagher left work, picked it up, and released into water. His time working at a reptile zoo is still paying off, decades later 😉 Pro-tip: Don't grab one of these guys unless you know what you're doing; their necks are impressively long and they bite! 🐢🐾💜

  Spot Ennis' new lunchtime routine. Somebody asked yesterday if he'd lost weight--I think that means the restricted calorie diet and exercise is working! 🏃‍♂️💜🐾

  Spot Ennis was trying to decide if puppy pounces were worth getting a good sniff and maybe making a new friend. He went for the wildcard choice: Taking the puppy's milk-bone. Puppy got another one, but Spot Ennis, no!! 🤦🏽‍♀️🐾💜

  Spot Ennis has been doing such an excellent job with his diet. More accurately, Spot Ennis *had* been doing such an excellent job with his diet. Then the temptation of dog food grew too great. 🤦🏽‍♀️💜🐾
