    Wow so many negative things to say about this place that I do not know where to begin. Terrible terrible terrible place to live. Management is only good to you at the beginning when you haven't signed your lease. After that, let you have a problem or a concern, they screw you in anyway possible. They are just simply rude for no reason, services are thrash, maintenance came in one when I was gone for the week and my house was left open, NEP bill is ridiculous even if you are conservative, etc..just too many issues. I rather be homeless than live here again.

    Had a leaking toliet downstairs took them two weeks to come out and fix it. On mutiple occasions would call 50+ times over the course of hours to which received no response even after leaving mutiple voice mails. If you want to waste a lot of money for a terrible service you should stay here.

    I've never been treated so rudely from a leasing office while trying to make sure my daughters rent was paid before she got evicted. Jenna, one of the new ladies had a nasty tone and was rolling her eyes at me while talking to me. The community is nice overall but the new girl in office needs to find another job or go back through customer service training. She was very snotty and had an attitude while talking to me, telling me they might misplace my daughters money orders for rent so I need to take a copy for proof.

    I live here it has been two months. Even I too had the worst customer service through villages at Waggnor park.
    They had taken 2 Weeks to respond Maintenance request, However still it is not resolved. This community advertise as they have emergency maintenance service. But, never received a response when I tried to reach that Emergency Service#. They have very poor maintenance service.

    Definitely I don't recommend this community to my friends.

    Very BAD experience. Always high utility bill for NEP. Leasing consultants try to charge more money in every possible way to residents in final move out bill . Agreement terms are not direct and twisted and they use it to charge more to residents . Had worst experience. Better avoid this one.

    I have had the worst customer service through villages at Waggnor park. First off I moved from Florida and was supposed to get the keys the day I arrived here and they were so unorganized they didn't have the apartment ready the accepted my first months rent and deposit and told me they couldn't do nothing for me. I had to get a hotel till they had it finished for cleaning and it was on a weekend so had to wait till Monday for them to clean it. I've been here almost 3 months and my A/C stopped working and I've called the office multiple times..... no answer I called the emergency maintenance number....... no answer. Finally got ahold of emergency maintenance and they keep making up excuses the can't come out to fix it. It's raining, it's to dark out, it's not during business hours, it's the weekend. A week later it's still not fixed. I have my thermostat set on 65 degrees and it's reading 80 degrees. It's summer time and the days are reaching 90's. I've worked in maintenance and have had to go on emergency calls for a poped breaker, and clogged toilets. And they can't fix people's a/c units. I pay my rent on time they should fix my a/c on time. I would not recommend living here they are the most unorganized community I've ever seen.

    I stopped in here to tour and sign a lease on 11/17/16 before i visited my wife spoke on the phone about the pet policy and rental rates. They never once mentioned occupancy limits to us!
    It is My Wife, Myself, My 2 Sons under 12 years old and Our Newborn Baby Boy.
    Keeping in mind i am there to rent a large 2 bedroom townhouse (2 story apartment).
    They REFUSED TO RENT TO ME DUE TO THE FACT THAT I HAVE A NEWBORN BABY! My Newborn sleeps in the crib next to My Wife and I. So they claim that it is illegal and against the law to have a newborn baby in the room with the parents and they require their own bedroom!? ACCORDING TO HUD REQUIREMENTS THEY GO BY A 2 PERSON RULE AND THEY SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED NEWBORNS AND INFANTS AS OCCUPANTS, STATING THAT BABIES SHOULD BE CLOSE TO THEIR PARENTS AND IT IS ALLOWED! SO I DO BELIEVE I AM BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST! while walking thru property i spoke with one black lady who claimed they rented to her and she has 4 kids, 3 boys and 1 girl, she also stated that they didn't refuse to rent to her, the resident also stated that most of the units are rented by a lot of families of more than 6 family members in one unit! She also stated that in her building there are 2 3 bedrooms that are empty that they are having trouble renting out! YET I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAVE NO 3 BEDROOMS EITHER! WHY WOULD THEY LIE TO ME IF IT WERE NOT BASED ON HATE? SHE DIDN'T EVEN RUN MY CREDIT! AT LEAST THEN THEY MIGHT ACTUALLY HAVE GROUNDS TO REFUSE A UNIT TO ME!?

    SO A RECAP... WHITE HETEROSEXUAL MALE, MARRIED TO A WHITE HETEROSEXUAL FEMALE WITH OUR WHITE CHILDREN, ONE OF WHICH IS PHYSICALLY DISABLED, THAT I PAY FOR WITH MY OWN MONEY FROM MY OWN JOB THAT DEDUCTS TAXES FROM MY CHECK TO PAY FOR LAZY ASS PEOPLE WHO ARE PERFECTLY CAPABLE BUT GET A FREE RIDE IN LIFE AND REFUSE TO GET MARRIED AND RAISE THEIR OWN CHILDREN ON THEIR OWN WITHOUT TAXPAYER SUPPORT....
    YEP THAT SOUNDS LIKE YET AGAIN, I AM BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST YET AGAIN FOR BEING THE ONLY TRUE MINORITY NOW IN THIS DAY AND AGE!
    I HOPE THIS PLACE BECOMES OVER RUN WITH THE TRASH PEOPLE THAT YOU DESPERATELY TRY TO INVITE!
    AND PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO DISCLOSE THE BEDBUG ISSUES TO YOU FUTURE CLIENTS THAT YOU PLAN ON LYING TO!

    I lived here for 2 years. I had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance is fast and everything that I ever had to have fixed was done in a professional manner. Never had to worry about maintenance stealing things or mud on my carpet from shoes like I had in other places. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful and the gym and pool are clean and its very nice. I would recommend this place as a nice serene place to live!
