Village Resource Group, Inc. (VRG) catalyzes educational changes in Urban schools by providing and facilitatating Positive Educational Programs and Services for children and their families. Through weekly engagement, VRG gives youth and their families the license and opportunity to dream.

VRG seeks to increase African American presence, leadership and involvement in the community. Volunteers model problem solving, decision making skills and instill core values of strong families. Along with demonstrating the direct correlation between adult expectations and youth achievement, VRG fosters parental involvement and responsibility through community engagement. Volunteers of all races, colors, creeds, religions, national origins and sexes are welcome.
