Called ahead and put my name in, they never bothered to put it in. Hostess informed me it would take 20min to get a seat, 30min later they sat me at the table that I am currently sitting at writing this review. The Waitress (based on the one time i have seen her) seems annoyed that we are here. 1/10 I will not come here again.

On August 8 2015 I went in and ordered a to go meal of a Denver Omelet and French Toast. After being told it would be ready in fifteen minutes, I sat down on the bench to wait. I was told 20 minutes later it would be 10 more minutes. After 50 minutes my food came out. (cold) They used to sorry excuse that a big order went in just before mine. They never offered any discounts on future meals or any apology of any kind.

This is the worst place in Tallahassee for customer service and I would not recommend it to anyone. There are far to many other places in Tallahassee to get breakfast that are much better than this place.

    16 April 2015

On April 15,2015 me and a coworker decided to order breakfast from this location. It was so horrible!!! She ordered the Ultimate breakfast and I ordered the bacon and spinach omelet. The bacon was under cooked and the spinach tasted like it was out of a can. My coworker and I agreed that the pancakes had a weird taste to them and the chicken noodle soup I ordered had no noodles nor chicken in it. This was truly a waste of $13.00. But what's truly sad is how customer service has changed so much over the years. People do not care how they prepare your food anymore!! It's truly sad!!! We will never order from this location again!!!!!

    16 February 2015

We were there for lunch on Saturday, February 14th and the food was TERRIBLE. My son got the kid's pasta and it was cold. I don't mean the "it sat up waiting to be delivered too long" kind of cold. It was freezing cold and the bowl was full of water. I know they aren't known for their pasta but if you are going to have it on the menu, you need to be able to at least cook it to warm at least. My other kiddos ordered chocolate chip pancakes. They came out with 5 or 6 chips in the middle of the pancakes. My eggs weren't cooked and they were supposed to be hard scrambled. My husband's omelet wasn't cooked all of the way and the sausage was put in whole. We weren't the only ones with problems. The people next to us sent their omelets back because they weren't cooked either. When we went to pay the manager asked how the food was. We told him that we would pay for it all but the food was terrible. He did take off the bad food and that's the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars. We will not be back but I will give the manager credit for doing the right thing.
