I have been to the Vienna several times in the past years. Everything here is I would have to rate as exceeds expectations, at every visit that I have made. Food is prepared to perfection , presentation is a 100 on a scale of one to ten. Best of all is Lisa and staff are always in hospitality mode. The staff are positive , and always smiling. Spending time at the Vienna is more of an experience then just dinner.

I absolutely love this place. The in is so quaint and historic (be sure to ask Lisa and Jonathan about its history), and the food is the best by far in the area. They make you feel so welcome and will try to accommodate your every need. I've stayed here for a romantic weekend with my wife, on business trips to the area, and they have even hosted holiday parties we've held for our customers in the area. On chilly nights be sure to hang by the outdoor fire, enjoy an after dinner drink and a have good cigar. You won't be disappointed.

Our family and friends have frequented the Vienna many times. An absolutely fabulous restaurant, delicious food, freshly prepared and well presented. We are usually a larger group, taking up one of the smaller dining rooms. The service is attentive and we appreciative. Well worth the drive from Western Mass. It's a pity that so many Google reviewers have never stepped foot in the Vienna. Please consider a recommendation from someone who has actually dined there

Tucked in the most unlikely of townships the Vienna stands out as classy and quite lovely. When inside you will be swept up in the European atmosphere reminiscent of friendly local fare. You feel much more like friends and family than a customer. The rooms are comfy and beautiful. The food is delicious. A truly epicurean experience!

I moved to England and miss this warm spot in the states. I would recommend highly to anyone. Professional lunches, taking a customer out to dinner or bringing the family for something extra special.

    Bis bald!

There are few places that one can consider "Exceptional" or "Memorable " in ones dining experience. Vienna is that place for my family. I love German/Austrian food. This place brings me back to my childhood at home with my Nana. Hard pressed to find a friendlier owner and staff. The food is always delicious. I only wish I could visit more often..

My fiancée and I went here for dinner since I heard about the awesome food. Our server, Valentin, was a true professional for providing a great experience and demonstrating a superb knowledge of all their specials. Valentin was busy all night, seating/serving/maintaining his tables and still managed to provide the most sincere service to his ability. I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a great dinner experience. The meals are expensive and the food does take time to come out but that's what you can expect with this awesome quality!

Wonderful experience I was happy with the staff and pretty happy with the food, not the best but defiantly not as bad as GR made it seem so can't complain.

The owner Lisa was definitely 😍😍 but didn't see much of her unfortunately. Highlight of my night was the swinger event and the sexy staff that got involved in the fun

Definitely coming again next time am in the US, you guys need to bring Vienna Inn to the UK 🇬🇧

I am been going here at least once a year for 5 or 6 years. I have always enjoyed my stay. I have tried almost all of the German or Hungarian dishes on the menu and enjoy them all. I have traveled often to Germany and Austria and find Vienna to remind me of those trips. I have always found Lisa and Jonathon and the staff to be most hospitable, friendly, and accommodating. A wonderful place to eat, stay, and relax One with real old world charm.

Stellar hospitality abounds at The Vienna. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a warm welcome and made feel so comfortable in the cozy atmosphere. Lots of great drinks to choose from including craft beer (a personal favorite). The menu offered some delicious choices but the specials were too tempting! There was a dessert for every sweet tooth.

I come to this haunted house every year on October 31st, and it is impressive! They even set it back in time unbelievably well, to give you a great spook every time one walks in!! The food, well they made it perfectly to suit werewolves like me. When you spend the night, you can hear the ghosts of an old couple talking and on some halloweens it's rumored that the ghosts have gotten mad at each other. They do lose a star because all the wait staff are human, though their Austrian maid costumes are good. Would howl at the moon here again, maybe that'll scare the ghosts

Warm and friendly, love the fireplace in each dining room. Staff is very polite and efficient. Had braised beef dish. Meal was very good. I'll definitely be back.

We had a very elegant birthday dinner in one of the front rooms. Everything was amazing! Save room for dessert and fancy coffee, the hazelnut tort was incredible. Wait staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. If I had to complain the service was slow but it seemed like there was an issue with the kitchen that night. I can't wait to go back.

I'm not gonna pretend that a place is good when it's not. And for anyone who would sit here and 3 to 5 star it, well all I can say is paid off for a good review or family or friends trying to boost reputation from honest people's opinions. My experience was horrid and I will not waste the time writing about everything wrong with it cause that would take way to long. Staff are friendly and inviting but that's all it has going for it. God be with you working there. Hope you all find something better. As previous comment stated just stay away and find somewhere else. This place needs to be shut down.

We have been going to the Vienna since 2008. My in laws were in from Scotland and wanted to take them out for Fathers Day dinner last week. We booked reservations and had an amazing meal, wonderful service and great chat with the owner. I have highly recommended this wonderful place and will continue to enjoy the company and great food!! We have already booked another dinner as a special send off for my in laws before the go back home.
