  Family Neighborhood Italian restaurant. The bread is awesome the cavatelle and sauce is delicious, the service is not always so great.

  My wife and I got Vicinato's to go last night. We ordered a chicken parm meal, veal parm meal and a bowl of soup. As my wife was eating her salad, there was a tiny black worm in it. That is disgusting. She called the restaurant to inform them and all they did was offer to give her a salad credit?? Is this customer service? We just spent $50 on to go food for two people to have a worm in our food. We couldn't even eat the rest of our meal. Very disappointed that this restaurant would not go above and beyond in fixing the situation. Won't be going back to this overpriced restaurant.
