Our chef personally creates the creative and classic Italian cuisine; combining traditional offerings with exciting international inspirations.

As part of Russo’s On The Bay, we exemplify their commitment to service and outstanding events from a simple brunch to a wedding for 100. We can accommodate events in one of our five rooms including the restaurant, Wine Bar, Murano Room, Rooftop, and Wine Cellar.
The award-winning wine list features more than 415 wines from around the world. The Wine Cellar is a perfect setting for private parties or large groups. The restaurant is open Tuesday – Sunday for dinner, Sunday brunch and late-night drinks in the Wine Bar. The elegantly decorated lounge features live music every Friday night. Should you be out for a beautiful day on your boat and wanting to stop to have a drink or a bite to eat, Vetro’s marina is available to you as well.
