The VIP team and specifically Brian have been a dedicate partner to ensuring my builder worked within ROC and general workmanship guidelines during the critical build milestones.

Their reports were thorough and well organized and contained a number of critical issues during the frame walk and final inspection that my builder was eager to button up and conceal behind drywall.

Some of the findings were shared with the city inspectors prior to their buy-off and carried a lot of weight. Would highly recommend VIP, especially in the current sellers market where shoddy workmanship has become the norm.

Adam from VIP gave us the most detailed and thorough home inspection I have ever had. My realtor was similarly impressed. He was well organized and I could tell he actually cared about the quality of work being presented. I asked if the inspector would go into the attic to look for age problems, water or structural issues. It was the only real thing I kept asking for. I was told yes yes yes he's exceptional.
He didn't even go into the attic. He took a picture from in the carport into the attic claiming it was too small. Men have been climbing through there for 60 years.
I think he had an in with the mortgage company. The documentation /presentation was acceptable. Cut and paste here and there.
So I didn't get what I asked for, but I sure got these flutes and sparkling soda.

We used VIP to inspect the home we are purchasing. Adam was phenomenal. He was extremely detailed and explained everything to me. Adam even suggested a few safety items that he would suggest since we have 2 young children. He truly cared about us and his job. I would definitely recommend Adam and VIP.
