Additionally, VRE is trained in the distressed property market. We assist buyers/investors find that foreclosure deal. The more rewarding is working with sellers through a short sale. The short sale is an arduous and sometimes emotional process. VRE works through the negotiations and believe that we help our clients with that final relief at closing. We have methods may be able to help keep you in your home, as well.
