Love the thick noodles. The dry cumin noodles are spicy. You are warned. The Taiwanese beef is good but maybe a bit oily.

The tingly cumin lamb soup is phenomenal. The dan dan noodles are also amazing. Better than Han Dynasty!

Their Taiwanese beef noodle soup is amazing. The beef is so tender flavorful and compliments the variation of vegetables in the broth.

Had the lamb noodles. It’s yummy but the seasoning was more sweet and salty than spicy. I prefer the one at Xian over this. The noodles itself though were on point!

Classic mild is still pretty spicy, noodles are super thick, chewy and uncut. Beef is fatty but melt in your mouth
