  Apparently don't have time lend a hand to the people, But have more than enough time to sit around in parking lots and pull you over because they got bored.

  Locked out of our car with no keys, waited for a locksmith to arrive that never did. Called the polic department to unlock the car and they arrived within twenty minutes. Very friendly officer.
