  Doesn’t matter what you want but what they are trying to sale. Told the manager 4 times it has to be apple for work products and she still kept telling me about the Verizon tablet that would work great with my phone. Never again. Verizon corporate only for me

  Yesterday, I purchased the iPhone 8 from a Best Buy out of town. The man who helped me there was nice at first but when I went back to inquire about the 1800 photos that had not been transferred, I was basically told that I was out of luck. First thing this morning, I went to our local Verizon. The manager, Jennifer and one of the reps, Matt, were so unbelievably helpful! They easily could have sent me on my way after seeing that it wasn’t going to be a quick fix. Instead, the two of them worked together and literally spent 3 hours with me, my old phone and my new phone. They worked hard and were very pleasant. They weren’t in a hurry to get rid of me to help the next “paying customer”. All 1800 of my photos are back along with my notes, contacts and everything else that was on my iPhone 6! Verizon has had our business for many years, but today guaranteed that Verizon will continue to have our business!!! Thanks again Jennifer and Matt!!!! You guys are top notch in my book!!! If I could rate you a 10, I certainly would!!!
