Customer service sucks! I shouldn't have to wait over 1 hour to pay a bill. Only 1 person working on a Saturday morning, knowing that normally most people work mon-fri. Don't come here unless you want to spend all day!

I feel the professionalism in this place needs some tweeting. I have been in there at least 3 times and decided to go to the Wilmington store. The last time I was in there the girl at front was the best service I ever received there and I give her 4 stars. But the other people in there needs to be train how to WOW the customer and make a sale.
