  My first conversation with Erica set the tone for a wonderful experience here. Erica was patient and answered all my questions knowledgeably. Working with Lizette was - hands down- beyond awesome. She took her time and really paid attention to every detail. I truly received artisan work.... Lizette is talented....results magical.

  I love this place the employees are just so helpful and they really take the time to listen to you and really get what you want done. I always buy my Latisse eye treatment here. They have the best prices . Really on all their services. Their attention to detail is superior. I recently went to one of their promotional Holiday Gala party's to introduce their Venus Venus legacy treatments I was one of the people they demonstrated it on .I have to say it was lovely. No pain or discomfort actually it was very enjoyable. I highly recommend this treatment to everyone. Also go to one of their Gala Events it was fun and really informative. So cute everyone received a gift bag. Filled with goods and special offers for those who attended. Especially nice a gift card for a free Venus Venus Legacy Treatment. Also for those of you coming right from work they had a beautiful display of goodies to eat and wine for those who love it and sparkling flavored waters as well as sodas. Usually they are from 5 to 7 . Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Venus Med Spa.

  My first time here and my first time getting treatments. I loved it. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was clean. Service was quick and the results were fantastic. Highly recommended! Thank you Lizette, Monica & Joline!

  Had my lips done here few months ago and it was GREAT. Went back few weeks ago and got them done again and the results are HORRIBLE!!!!!!
  SPEND ALOT OF $$$$$.... I asked for the Physician if I can get the same results like the previous time but maybe something that will last longer . She recommended a filler So I truest her recommendation . But Lost volume after 1 WEEK . Yes one week.
  Called them back and they said I need to come in which I did. They took pictures and said they will talk to the manager and give me a call within 2 days... Waited 2 weeks and NO CALL. Called them back and they said " oh there's nothing we can do for you, it is what it is'
  I'm sorry but when you spend money you would like to see some results, not losing it after few days, I understand that this is a voluntary treatment and the results may vary. But not ONE WEEK!!!i was told that the results lasts between 6 to 9 months.
  Very disappointed .
