The members of the faculty, residents and staff of the VCU Department of Anesthesiology pride themselves on the excellence of the care they provide to patients, the broad and comprehensive educational encounters they provide to students and house officers, and the quality of their scholarly pursuits. In addition to our core residency program in Anesthesiology, VCU provides fellowships in Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology, Pain Medicine, and Anesthesia Research. We will soon provide a fellowship program in Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management.
