  A last minute decision was made to get a big dumpster in order to clear out a relative's Townhouse, who we recently moved back to his family home in Upstate NY. I don't know why I picked this company, but I am glad I did. The customer service and the flexibility of this company and specifically, Tucker was amazing. No hesitation with my frantic requests as we had such a short window to get everything done and the space they had to get this big dumpster (not the true technical term) was a squeeze, but they did it. I cannot sing their praises enough. Thank you so much, Tucker and VaVia Dumpster Rental in Birmingham!!

  Matthew was super helpful with all my needs. I needed a dumpster very quickly for a house renovation & Matthew came through! He even worked it out so I could keep it a few more days for a reasonable price! If you're looking for a dumpster rental, call Viva (and ask for Matthew!!)!!

  Ordering a dumpster from VaVia was very simple. The customer service provided on the phone during the order was great. The driver was very professional and placed the dumpster exactly where I wanted it. They provided the dumpster in a timely manner and when it was removed you would have never known it was there to begin with. I will use them again if I ever need a dumpster that size.

  I had never used a residential dumpster but I needed to demolish a rather large deck and I was worried about getting rid of the debris. When I called VaVia I found them very easy to work with. When the dumpster was delivered, it was on time and the driver put it right where I need it to be. Having the dumpster made all of the difference, I was able to finish the job in a week and when they took the dumpster away, it was like it never happened.

  Wonderful from the first call to the pickup. First I have to say that this was the only company that actually answered the phone on the first call! I called 3 different companies in the Birmingham area too. And they contributed to answer every time I called throughout the process. Their customer service was amazing. They remembered me each time and were so courteous and attentive to the specifics of my job. They were also very flexible in working with my time frame. I would definitely recommend Vavia!
