After 24 years, I was looking for another tractor to cut and last another 24 years. I decided to buy a Cub Cadet from my research and was treated very good in my buying experience. I had no issues and enjoyed the service gotten.

Several months ago I purchased a DR Trimmer Mower, online from Country Home products, there were several problems after delivery. I was referred to Vaughan's Outdoor Power Equipment through Country Home Products. I had to make several trips to Amelia to have problems taken care of. George Lamb and everyone that worked on my unit were very respectful, knowledgeable and helpful in instructing me in the use of my trimmer mower. All of these trips were taken care of by warranty from Country Home Products. I would highly recommend Vaughan's Outdoor Power Equipment. I was very happy with the service there and now my trimmer mower.

We've been using Vaughan's to service our zero turn lawn mower for the past several years. Their service is always fast efficient and friendly and they've helped us out with a quick turnaround more than once when we were in a bind. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a service business that is trustworthy and reliable.

I have known and dealt with Doug since he started his business here. They are my go to place for automotive and lawn equipment repair and service. I have never had a bad experience with him or his employee's, they are all very pleasant and knowledgeable .

I have been dealing with Vaughan's, first in car care and more recently in outdoor power products, for about 10 years, ever since moving to Amelia. I find Doug and his staff to be highly customer-focused and have always had the best service and concern for my time. I was actually at Vaughn's and witnessed the interaction between Doug and the person that gave them one star. From my observation, I will simply say, Doug was not the rude one!! I have purchased a 60 inch Zero Turn Cub Cadet mower from Vaughan's and had numerous mowers, line trimmers, chain saws, etc serviced there and have been continually impressed with the business and its staff. As a business owner myself, I know what it takes to maintain composure when dealing with certain customers, Doug is a pro.

Will never go back. Went to shop on a Saturday around 11 (store hours 8am - 1 pm) ready to spend $3,000 on a mower. After about 15 min outside and 10 inside, the owner finally decided to come and say HI. I asked a few questions about the mower, and got short, talking down to me answers. When I finally asked about the price and if there were any discounts and/or anything he could thrown in. I got an immediate "NO", and then preceded to say that "I was lucky that he was going to deliver it on a Saturday, he had 6 kids at home and they were waiting on him." Little did he know, that I left my 2 kids to come to his shop on a Saturday during his business hours to buy a mower. I will never do business with someone who treats his customers like that. I will take my $ somewhere else. Very unpleasant experience. (had to click 1 star, if 0 were an option I would have clicked that)
