    The drivers are rude and get smart and always act like they got a damn attitude and I try to hold my composure but if they keep it up it's going to be a problem

    If you ask me, metro needs to take over because you never know if you can even get on the bus. They constantly break down and when passengers are at the park and ride and it's time to get on the bus, the drivers spend their time smoking their cigarette and talking to each other. Money wise it's good. The buses ALWAYS have something wrong with it, the drivers have bad attitudes and like to be sarcastic when you ask them a question. But we need better transportation here in waldorf.

    I wasn't going to write a review but after this incident I had to. The 301 connector pulled close to bus stop, backed up, went down the wrong side of the road, and left the bus stop without out stopping at the bus stop, or picking up any passengers. He left me and two other students depending on that ride. After calling dispatch the bus driver told a bold face lie that he stopped, went to the bathroom and picked up three customers which is a LIE. EVEN OTHER BUS DRIVERS SEEM HIM BACK UP AND LEAVE. AFTER CALLING DISPATCH THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT A WHOLE HOUR, I EVEN ASKED BUS DRIVERS THAT WERE AT THE STATION TO CONTACT THE DRIVER OVER THE RADIO BEFORE HE LEFT OUT OF THE PARKING LOT AND HE STILL PROCEEDED TO LEAVE THE BUS STATION. IF THIS WERE METRO HE WOULD BE FIRED ON THE SPOT. WHEN I FINALLY GOT ON THE BUS, THIS DRIVER HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME TO CALL A CAB NEXT TIME. IT WAS ALL I COULD DO NOT TO GO TO JAIL THAT DAY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

    The majority of customer service is unpleasant. Always breaks down. Never has back up bus. Etc.

    Always late! It's every week! Try not to make this your only form of transportation.
    There are so many stories I could tell about this bus company, but I'll keep it short and sweet. The cost isnt bad at all, but you get what you pay for..

    I have been riding for 2 years now and it is what it is. I have kept my complaints to myself until today. When I bus pulls up comes to a rolling start and just pulls off without picking up any passengers defeats the purpose of it running a route. I was just told "she will be back in 3p minutes, she is behind schedule". SO WHAT! I'm here when she is supposed to be here but I have to wait another 30 minutes on top of the 30 I say waited only because "she is behind schedule". That's real piss poor management. What is the point of showing up to the dept then? Only ride these pre smelling buses if it's too far to walk or if Uber it's too much for you.

    It ok for the amount of money but they can give a f*** less about you or where you need to be. They are never on time and they will pass you up in a heart beat. If the bus brakes down you are sitting there for atleast an hour they dont care about you they take their sweet time on everything..... Thankfully my vehicle is in the shop i definitely couldnt do this everyday..
