My mom had several 24/7 caregivers from Value Care over the course of a few years. Sometimes there were two that split the week. During this time items in mom's home started to disappear. Cloths, silverware, jewelry even shoes. Some of the jewelry that disappeared (diamonds, gold watch) were valued in the thousands. No one was caught red handed. No one was caught at all. I’m not making an accusation. I’m simply describing the situation and suggesting that anyone hiring any in-home care should take precautions. I did not know this was happening until it was too late. I live almost 1500 miles away from my mom and, especially due to Covid-19, was not at all hands-on. Big mistake. Be careful not to make the same mistake as me. Assume the worst and prepare in advance for it.

As for the care, I rate it no better than average. Obviously some care givers were better than others. The last one was there for about a year. I rate her good with regard to the care she provided. She was unusual in my experience.

Somehow Value Care had my original review redacted. They provide a good service however they will overcharge you. In my case I was being overcharged $600.00/mo. Either that or LIAM (a 'man' not to be trusted) somehow altered the original contract. They are shady and take you for everything you have. I even welcomed Liam to come back and discuss the situation.. but once a coward, always a coward !!

I was recommended to Value Care at Bethseda West Hospital after my mom needed a private aide when she was a patient there. My mom has dementia and she sustained a broken hip after a fall. The professionalism and kindness of everyone involved in the office was outstanding. The staff listened to my concerns and needs and provided excellent caregivers in the hospital and than at the rehab she was in. I would love to give a shout out to the best caregiver Monique who was very kind and compassionate with my mom. She was an angel and I will never forget her. You cannot go wrong with this well managed agency and their outstanding caregivers.

Love Value Care Palm Beach. The management at Value Care is the best. You can tell they support their caregivers and staff. It shows through the professionalism you get from every single person you are in contact with. The Care Coordinators are very hands on and follow each client through every step from beginning of care to the end of care on a daily basis.

I would highly recommend Value Care Palm Beach and tell anyone who needs assistance for themselves, a loved one or a friend to call Value Care. You will be very happy you did.
