    The High and Low Sales in San Diego County for May 2019.

    The High Sale was located in La Jolla. Breaking Del Mar's hold on the top spot for San Diego County. This four bedroom, five bathroom, 6,059sf home is located on the bluff with panoramic north shore views. It sold for $8,650,000. This home has been appraised by us.

    The Low Sale was located in Mount Laguna. This two bedroom, one bathroom, log cabin is 1,200sf and was built in 1937. It sold for $110,000.

    The High and Low Sales in San Diego County for April 2019.

    The High Sale was located in Del Mar. This is the third month in a row that Del Mar has had the high sale for the county. This five bedroom, six and one-half bathroom, 5,696sf home was still under construction when it sold. Its on a 12,985sf lot with a good ocean view. It sold for $9,450,000.

    The Low Sale was located in Jacumba. This two bedroom, one bathroom, 1,100sf home was built in 1948 on a 5,227sf site and sold for $135,000.

    The High and Low Sales in San Diego County for March 2019.

    The high sale at $16,000,000 was a 3,500 sf., 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home on a 3,850 sf. lot. This beach front home is located in the Beach Colony of Del Mar. Del mar takes top honors of highest sales two months in a row. .

    The low sale at $105,000 was a 1,292sf., 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home built in 1935 on a 1 acre site in Borrego Springs. This is also the second month Borrego Springs has the low sale for the county.

    Summer’s in full swing and your pool has probably been put to good use. If you’re noticing any signs of “green pool” it may mean your equipment isn’t working properly. You’ll save $150 by not having the appraiser have to come back to your property, just to see your pool is clean.
