The Low Sale was located in Jacumba. This two bedroom, one bathroom, 1,100sf home was built in 1948 on a 5,227sf site and sold for $135,000.

The low sale at $105,000 was a 1,292sf., 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home built in 1935 on a 1 acre site in Borrego Springs. This is also the second month Borrego Springs has the low sale for the county.

The High Sale in San Diego County for February 2019 was located in Del Mar. This four bedroom, four and one-half bathroom, 4,879sf home was built in 2003 on a 16,000sf lot with a good ocean view. It sold for $10,000,000.
