We at Valparaiso focus on roasting our coffee every week to provide our customers with fresh coffee. By doing so, you can taste the subtle flavors inherent to the growth conditions, coffee varietal, and country of origin. We have developed a bold style of roasting that isn't afraid to seek the fullest potential of flavors derived from single origin coffees and we invite you to give them a shot.
