Huge and super helpful employees! and it's great how things are organized much easier to find things prices are overall amazing also!
Prices for same item weren't given to customer. Told by management different employee marked the item differently. How is that the customer's fault?. Management refused to honor their mistake. In addition trying on clothing was difficult due to their only bring 3 items in the dressing room. Three items wasn't the problem ..it was if you had 6 items you could only try on 3 items then get out of dressing room and go to the back of the line to try on the other 3 items. .WTHECK? As a new customer I hate how this store treated me. It was awful! .
The management is a dictatorship. The managers need to be educated/trained to treat customers & employees better.
The people that aren't managers are very friendly but are reluctant to be too helpful for fear of being reprimanded.
The thrift store has a lot of nice things, but pricing is questionable - I'm not sure how they come up with there pricing for used items.
This store has an amazing selection of clothes and just about everything else. It may not be extremely organized but it's a thrift store with great prices so one can't really expect much. My one major issue is the staff. They all look like they want to die and you have to wait to use the restroom until the employee who's sole purpose is to guard the restroom goes back and checks to make sure there is a stall open.
I always like coming here. They have customer appreciation 25% off every Monday. I found an impeccable leather coat that for me perfectly for $5.99!
This thrift store is better than most. They are organized, have a great selection, and good prices. I enjoy visiting.
Great selection with good prices. The employees are courteous. In my opinion the best thrift store in the area

The store is neat, clean, and well lit. Security cameras prevent "shrinkage" and ensure shoppers remain civil even on the busiest day.
Some words of caution though: Buyer beware when getting electronics here! On the one hand things like working headphones with a proper gaming microphone can come in under a buck, on the other you can pay 69 cents for a keyboard, get it home, and find out it doesn't work at all: and everything is sold "as-is" with no refunds or exchanges.
That said: it's a great store! The merchandise is very mixed and utterly unpredictable, but you can't beat the prices and most items, though sales are always final, have no problems or defects. Whenever I go in I end up buying more than I planned on and that's not because of the sales staff; they only work the registers.
Oh, one more thing! Mondays are 25% off all items, and several major holidays are 50% off: but I advise against going at those times. The lines get long and the checkout area is poorly designed to handle the added traffic, and the isles become quite congested with other shoppers. That said, they put out extra stuff, and if you get there at 8:00 when they open some real treasures will be on offer
As somebody already mentioned, customers and employees are treated like poorly. The owners have gone way too far with there restrictive restroom policy. I mean each person that comes out has to have an employee literally go check the restroom before the next customers is ALLOWED to enter. We are not toddlers come on! Also they have taken prices up on certain items just at random. Shoes have gotten way overpriced! There are still some good items here if you can come on the discount days, or use coupons. But pay close attention to the price tags, some items are marked up way to close to new retail sale pricing.
Only giving it 3 stars because it's gone a little downhill since I started going here years ago. Place has become a bit messy, prices on items have gone up (items with higher prices seem to be randomly chosen for a price hike, there's not really a pattern to it??), 90% of the employees have a bad attitude.
That being said, they have bathrooms, fitting rooms and I have found tons of great deals here. The good days are becoming less and less frequent though.
Overall would recommend stopping by here, but don't have high expectations.
This is a great place to go and they have lots of good clothes. They try to price the higher end items higher and that is not right. All the items are donated to them. Just because it is a Hollister or name brand, they jack up the price on it. It should all be priced the same for similar items. They have also increased their pricing in the past couple of weeks. Almost too high.
lots of everything, good prices. my cashier was too lazy to wrap my cart full of glassware in newspaper and kept a conversation going with the other cashier. I would have given five stars if she'd been better.
Locals know this to be the best thrift store in the area. I love it for the clothing. The deals are awesome! My family makes regular trips here for the Monday 25% discount day.
So much stuff! Well organized. Lots of sales. Half of the merchandise was junk but half was great deals. I found a vintage Coach purse, lots of name brands, and new items. Great deals on glassware and kitchenware.
I have been shopping here for 20 years! Admittedly I have seen changes in what I can find over the years but I believe that is because more and more people have discovered they can find beautiful items for house and home as well as apparel and shoes here for a lot less money than paying retail. Great selection for the entire family, although there are more choices overall for adults than children. They have housewares, books, purses, outerwear, jewelry, boots, shoes, furniture items, and electronics. Very reasonable prices and friendly staff overall. If you plan to use a credit or debit card make sure to have your ID with you as they will ask for it.
