  The veterinarians here are cat whisperers. My cat, bless her heart, is a difficult child at the best of times, and has historically not done well at her vet visits, but whatever top secret training those docs received made her check up the smoothest we've ever seen. She didn't scratch or bite anyone once, which is saying something, because she likes to bite and scratch me just for fun. We won't be taking Little Miss Lucy Liu to any other vet.

  We had to take my cat in today for an emergency appointment, and the staff here made our experience so much less nerve wracking. The techs were very knowledgeable and walked us through every step they were going to take and answered all of our questions. The staff obviously care very much about animals and it shows in their work. They treated my cat with the same level of love and respect that I do and that makes me feel so comforted in a stressful situation. Thanks to them she is already feeling much better, and I know if we have any further concerns or questions we can call with no worries.

  Had a great experience here! The front desk ladies were so welcoming and sweet to my kitten, they were very helpful and were able to check me in and out at ease. The doctor and her assistants were so kind and helpful in the exam and what they recommended for the future, without any pressure. This will definitely be my go-to veterinarian for any future appointments!

  The office was clean. The Vet and staff were all friendly. We brought our dog Lexi for an annual checkup. My daughter and husband referred us to Champion Vet. We were very pleased with the professionalism and care given to our dog was great. We will be using this vet from now on.

  Very positive experience for my family as our two puppies came in for their first vet visit. All the staff were very nice and knowledgeable always ready to answer any questions. Lab results were available quickly and we received notification via text. Great place for your pups or other small animals!

  Let me start by saying how grateful I am to Dr. Hartmann and Valley Lakes Veterinary Clinic, they genuinely care about my pups and have shown me that for the past 10 years.
  
  One of my pups was living with glaucoma pain for 2 years, the cost of the animal eye care specialist was overwhelming and eye removal was really the only option and could not afford. Dr. Hartmann offered to perform his surgery at 1/4 of the cost I was quoted and this is why my pup is now pain free of daily “migraine” headaches. He is now the happiest pup ever!
  
  I am so thankful and appreciative for the care my 3 pups have always received at Valley Lakes Veterinary Clinic. Truly makes a difference when your pet is genuinely cared for.

  There times are completely wrong . Came in at 11:12 am when the website says they close at 1:00pm . Thank you for waisting my time WILL NEVER reccomend or come back

  I am so glad I switched vets a few years back. Dr. Hartman is great with my big dog. He was able to resolve an issue and diagnose another that my previous vet did not. Every time I bring Jack in, Dr Hartman and his staff go the extra mile to make sure we get the best service possible. I couldn't be more pleased!!!

  Brian and I love Dr. Hartman, Valerie and Tara! Best Vet service and staff I've ever dealt with. We have a special needs kitty (Gus) and I think he loves them as much as we do. And our other 3 kitties receive the best care as well.

  We started going to Valley Lakes approximately 4 years ago as a means to go to a local vet rather than travel so far the vet we had currently been at. We've been very happy there ever since and feel confident with the care and treatments that is given to our dogs. They've always squeezed us in with emergencies and even those "not so emergency visits", yet as a pet owner, really feel we need to have our pet seen. Last year we had to put one of our dogs down and Dr. Hartman and the staff were extremely professional, gracious and genuinely compassionate with that whole process. Would highly recommend VLVC if you're looking for great Veterinary care!
  
  So to all of you at Valley Lakes, Dr. Hartman, Tara and Valerie....thanks for all your great care and affection for our dogs...you rock!! And a special shout out to Tara for all her extra suggestions and advice for our dogs. You're the bomb! :)

  I can't praise Dr Hartman and his staff enough. My Cairn had a broken toe that led to no circulation in her foot. Dr Hartman came in everyday (even Sat / Sun AND through a blizzard) so he could do hydrotherapy & change bandages to save her foot. He went above and beyond what I expected him to do. I am happy to say that although she did have to have 2 toes amputated the rest of the foot was saved. You would never know she had a problem, she doesn't even have a limp. Everyone there is friendly, happy and professional. I would recommend them to EVERYONE & I have!
