We have been working with Tim for the last 8 years and he continues to go above and beyond with customer care for our growing family's needs. He responds quickly and takes the time to notify us when savings and/or adjustments are made to our coverages. We have referred Valley Insurance Group multiple times to our friends and family over the years!

Valley Insurance Group took the time to make sure I was making the best insurance choices and getting the best value. They answered lots of follow up questions and I am extremely happy with the level of service they put in to reviewing my existing policies and helping me change to what fit my needs better. They clearly know their industry well and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Insurance is complicated and I am confident that I have someone looking out for my best interests.
