  Their web site is a horrible waste of time. The search does not list the properties that are available for your stay, nor does it narrow the list for the area you are trying to visit. Basically you have to go through all the properties one-by-one.
  
  Moving on to another vacation rental provider.

  Stayed in 301 Harbor Dr. South the week of Thanksgiving. Our family came for Texas and Washington and were very happy with the house. The location was great as they could walk about 8 blocks to the beach and 4 blocks to town. It was quite comfortable to stay in with lots of seating and comfortable beds. We enjoyed eating out at several restaurants including Gold Rush Barbecue and Sharkys on the Island and Robby's Reef and 41 and Howard's Restaurant in Englewood. They enjoyed the heated pool. Steve came to the house when notified there was a leak in the sink tap in the hall bathroom. We would recommend this location.

  We just returned from a week long stay at the Villas Drive property in Venice, Florida. We had an absolutely fantastic time. The house was great. It is well kept and stocked with all the basic necessities. It is very comfortable with adequate space to prevent the feeling of being in each other's way. The heated screened in pool area was a fantastic place to relax. The beach is a few easy blocks from the house. The grocery store is very close and the historical downtown area is a easy 1 mile walk. Check the storage shed before you buy any beach toys as we discovered on our last day that it is loaded with pool and beach toys and beach supplies.

  We stayed at the Flamingo beach house in Vilano Beach, St Augustine for 7 weeks. We rented through Vacation Rental Pros, and Steve Milo. The place was great, nice and clean, great location and awesome beach. Our stay was uneventful. A classy place. We will definitely use VRP in the future! Thank's Steve

  We have used Vacation Rental Pros to rent a home in Venice, Fl on Aurora and The Rialto. We will rent this home again with its great family layout, clean clean clean surroundings, wonderful attached heated pool, and location to the beach and Venice avenue downtown on Venice Island.
  
  The pool cleaning folks are sweet, the administrative staff secures your rental in minutes from time of booking. As for property service, only one small issue was fixed in less than an hour with a personal repair man that lives locally! Awesome! And now they have an IPHONE APP so it was really easy to find my reservation and the lockbox key and walk into our rental on our special day. Great home, great service, and great price. thanks Steve!

  We rented a house on The Rialto in Venice Florida from Steve Milo and Vacation Rentals for a family wedding. It was very clean with all of the amenities. We really enjoyed the pool. I thought I had booked a week and a day, but I must have forgotten to reserve the last day. Steve worked with us and prorated the day and let us stay there. They were very easy to work with and would definitely rent from them again. Venice is a beautiful area and we have been going there for years. This was a perfect place to stay when you have 10 plus people....we never felt cramped and had about 25 people for Thanksgiving dinner!
