I just wanted to take the time to write a review. We had the BEST TIME thanks to Stacy for organizing this for us and Aaron's chauffeuring. I booked a tour for my best friend's Bachelorette. We wanted a full on winery day and one of the places I chose was actually a tasting room. Stacy went ahead and switched it out to her favorite winery and at the end of the day, it was everyone's FAVORITE! She made the booking and planning so easy for us! Aaron picked us up at our cabin doorstep, cooler ready to go, stopped at the store for us, drove us around for the very long day we dragged out, and even gave us a little history tour through the woods and waterfalls before taking us home. Exceptional service and one of the best days we could have imagined for the wine tour. The wineries we went to were all amazing: Cavander Creek (the best), The Cottage, Yonah Mountain, and Kaya Vineyards in that order! Thank you guys for the amazing trip! Definitely will be back and recommend your company.

This was worth every penny! My group of 11 girls had an absolutely fantastic time with VIP Southern Tours. Our driver, "Santa Lou" was the highlight of the day and went out of his way to make the day special. (Also, it was really fun to watch people ask for his photograph. He is THE Santa Claus of the area!) Please do yourself a favor if you are heading up in the Helen/Cleveland/N.GA area. and book one of their tours.

OMG, where do I begin! We enjoyed our wine tour so much. Charles was our tour guide, we visited 4 local wineries and we were in awe with them all! Each winery had it’s own sweet charm! Charles was so accommodating and he shared so much information with us regarding the area and the wineries! There were 5 in our party and we had so much fun making our latest memory together! From having our gourmet lunch @ The Cottage while taking in views of the mountains, to listening to the best music on our van, too much fun!
If you want to treat family or friends to a beautiful experience, contact VIP Southern Tours immediately! My Friends will be coming back to visit and we want to experience more local wineries and we plan on contacting Charles @ VIP Southern Tours!

This was a super disappointing customer service experience. The ticket information had the name of a business that did not match the address. I did not check. I just put the name into Google Maps and off we went. Turns out that address is 30 minutes from the start and was an hour from our starting point. I called the business and she said that had never happened before. We were too tired to drive another 30 minutes. She said she would take care of it. We were at a lovely tasting room so we decided to stay. The owner told us this happens ALL the time! I assumed that we would be able to resolve it but after several emails and calls later I am having to take this up with my credit card company. There is no reason to have the name of a business that does not match the address. The correct name or a link to the starting point is all that it would take. Then to lie about it and not be willing to take responsibility is super disappointing. So I am not sure if the tour would have been good, but I know that I will not be doing business with this company again.

VIP Southern Tours is the most sought after wine tour in the North Georgia wine country and it shows! We even booked a wine tour for my in-laws to loosen them up and have a little fun. They enjoyed themselves thoroughly and had a great time on the bus! From start to finish I'm extremely satisfied with VIP and recommend Christina and any of her drivers!
