  Very helpful associate! He brought me out many different kinds of shows and helped me know exactly which shoes would be good for my feet. They also price match!

  Staff soooo friendly and helpful!! They even played with my crazy toddler son while I my daughter shopped for running shoes. They had an awesome deal since she's in cross country!

  I have Morton's Toe (like 20% of people do) but I'm also kinesthetically sensitive so it's been hard to find shoes I like. As soon as I walked into UtahRun I felt good vibes. Caleb asked good questions and brought out a stack of shoes he thought would meet my needs. I loved the first pair he suggested. I have been enjoying running in them for two weeks now!

  Everytime I have gone here, the entire store is being manned by kids who appear to be in high school without any adult in sight. That sounds terrible, and I wouldn't expect that to turn out to be a good experience, but I'll be darned if those kids don't give the best customer service I've ever experienced! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. I'll go here for any running equipment I'll need from now on.

  They are so nice and helpful. I had my two kids and was trying to shop for new shoes. The employee could tell I was having a hard time with my toddler and he offered to let her help him ring people up at the register. So cute and I really appreciated their understanding. Also I got the best, most comfortable shoes I have ever worn!

  We came here to get some nice shoes for my daughter to run in for track at school. Be warned, you will spend a lot for these shoes! The staff was nice, and they had my daughter run on the treadmill to see how she ran, so we got her the right shoes...but...I could have got these 120 dollar shoes elsewhere for almost half price. Shame on me for not shopping around, I guess.

  I called ahead of time to see if they had a certain shoe, they said they had it. I go in, and it was the wrong type of shoe. This could have been easily fixed if they said they could order it, but that wasn't even offered. I just ended up going home and ordering on Amazon.

  I wish it were possible to give this store "ZERO" stars!!!I originally went to the store looking to get new running shoes on Tuesday, September 6. I have a small foot and anticipated the need to order in a size 7.5 which is exactly what happened. I paid for the shoes upfront and, I was told that it can take 2 weeks for the order to arrive but usually it comes in a week. I left the store pleased with the service and attention to my needs that the employees offered. On Tuesday, September 13, I received a call from one of the employees saying that Altra did not make the shoe in a 7.5 and was asked if I wanted to order in a different size. I asked for a size 7 which Altra makes the Olympus 2.0 in. I at that time realizing that Utah Run had waited almost a week to place my order asked them to ship it "2 day" delivery and was told it would be an extra $16. I was fine with that because I was needing my new shoes. On Friday, September 15, I called the store and was told that the shoe still had not arrived, note that this is now day three of two day shipping. I was told that it could arrive up till 8 pm that night. Saturday, September 16 I went into the store in the evening and again was told that the shoe had not arrived. Now, for the only reason this store gets one star, at this time I was told that because of the wait they would be giving me an additional 35% off. The store was closed on Sunday, no problem, I went to the store on Monday, September 19th. I was again told that the shoes had still not arrived. I now was beginning to become frustrated. I asked the employee to verify that the shoe was ordered, he went into the back room and made a phone call, presumable to Altra. He returned and told me that Altra had messed their (Utah Run) account up and that it was fixed that day and that the order had been placed. I asked if it were 2 day or normal and was told that the shipping was 2 day, and that I should receive the shoe on Thursday, because it couldn't be processed until Tuesday. Today is now Thursday September 22. I called the store again and was told that the shoe had not yet arrived and Altra was having problems with their shipping. I was told to expect the shoes to come in either Tomorrow (Friday) or the beginning of next week. I have been a very patient person however, this is TERRIBLE!! The store can't get anything straight! If I had gone onto Altra's website I would have had my shoes in TWO days, as is advertised. I am now going on to week 3 and still don't have any shoes. The only good thing from this is that I am promised 35% off when the shoes ever arrive!! DISGUSTING!!!

  I went in, they didn't have my size. I ordered a pair. They said it would take a week and a half to get. They didn't come in till a month and I had to keep calling to see where they were. The shoes ended up not even working. I look for another pair of shoes and they don't have my size. It's aggravating.
