I love the books but the company has terrible customer service. I have made 2 separate orders within the past 6 months. First order took 7 weeks to arrive to my house, consultant was awful to work with. This second order is at 10 weeks delay. I have called the customer service line twice now to check on status. Each time they expedite it and say it will be here within the next week but still no books. I sit on hold for over an hour each time. This is now my 3rd time on hold. Dont waste your time with this company that cant get its act together or at least reach out to its customers to make it worth the long waits for product.
