  My husband made a appointment with doctor Verni three weeks ago when we were in Illinois. All information was given over the phone to Brandy who checked my insurance and stated it was great. She said I would have to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out papers. The day before the appointment my husband and I were in the building having a eye exam so my husband went to the office and asked for the papers to fill out. Then he was told that we tried to call you and cancel your appointment, because your insurance does not pay as much as medicare. I said that's not true and if so why did Brandy who checked my insurance say it was good. Of course no answers were giving. The next day when I called they informed me that the doctor did not want to take that insurance, needless to say they would not let me talk to the doctor. I tried talking to the office people my wife spoke to the nurse and they were very rude. So Doctor Verni if you want to talk to me. Go to Doctor George Mc Mickle the best eye doctor for all my information.

  Terrible experiences. Please do not attempt to even make an appointment here. Horrible front desk zero professionalism, the nurses are ignorant and disrespectful, the doctor is just one of those individuals who should never have become a doctor.
  Worst experience ever who ever runs this office is as underqualified as the stuff. What a joke this place is.
  PLEASE VISIT SCOTT SLAVIS.
  THAT'S A PROFESSIONAL.

  Set up an appointment arrived to overhear they were informed prior day he would be an hour late for the appointment. Thanks for the notice. Then his office never verified my surgery with the surgical center at 0630, and of course his office doesn't open until 0800. Nothing but wasting patients time without regard.
  
  Dr. Verni is a great doctor to bad his staff is incompetent.
